AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I am a regular customer of Appleyard and they always delivered on time and the flowers are very well presented. This time I ordered a very expensive bouqet and it wasn't delivered on time ( delivery company's issue ) and the bouqet although okay wasn't up to the quality , I contacted customer service for the Happiness Guarantee and had a struggle initially as I didnt have pictures of the bouqet. I was then contacted by Kirstie from the Customer service team , who not only sorted the problem , she made sure that it receive another apology Bouqet for my partner and that I am happy with the resolution , all in 48 hours ! They have shown professionalism and that they deeply care about their customers I would definitely continue to order my Flowers from Appleyard

Very pleased with the flowers! They arrived fresh and beautifully arranged — excellent quality as always from Appleyard. My only concern is the choice of courier (Yodel); while this delivery went smoothly, my past experiences with them haven’t been the best, so it could pose a risk to an otherwise great service.

Really difficult to get assistance with orders, particularly subscriptions. 1. My 12 month subscription stopped after 3 months and I had to contact to get it restarted. I was not automatically going to be refunded for the missed delivery. 2. No simple way of changing delivery address on subscription. Appleyard forces you to go through FAQs that don't help, I used live chat but it wasn't set up to respond to subscription questions, it failed to connect me to a live agent, I tried WhatsApp and it also failed to connect me to a live agent. It's taken me 30 minutes and all I've managed to do is send an email and I have no idea when that will be responded to. Very disappointed to have such difficulty with a simple change. I will not be using Appleyard again for a subscription service.
