“I am so pleased i chose Appleyard for my mums get well soon flowers. Having received flowers myself through the post many times I was a bit sceptical. Appleyard flowers were delivered promptly and were beautiful, my mum was very pleased with the quality of the bouquet. Thank you Appleyard!”

“Don’t use this company!! I ordered flowers for my boyfriend’s birthday as a surprise because I was away. Although I placed the order two days in advance, they did not arrive until 8 p.m. on his birthday, after he had already gone out. The flowers had apparently been in the delivery car all day and arrived damaged, wilted, and tired-looking. The late delivery completely ruined the surprise and caused serious problems in my relationship. When I contacted customer service, they were dismissive and essentially told me, “It is what it is.” They offered no proper apology or refund. I am extremely disappointed with both the flowers and the customer service, and I would not recommend this company for an important occasion.”

“Boy, was I angree when my plant arrived. It was a special gift for our wedding anniversary. My husband could have bought better at the local supermarket. The aerial roots of the orchid should have been blue and fleshy. They were brown, dry and damaged. The flowers were almost dead. That plant should never have been sent out.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am extremely pleased with my experience with Appleyard London and would happily give them 5 stars. Everything went absolutely perfectly from beginning to end. The whole ordering process was straightforward and hassle-free, the communication was clear, and most importantly, the flowers arrived exactly as expected and in excellent condition. The flowers themselves were beautiful, fresh and very well presented. You could immediately see the quality and care that had gone into preparing the arrangement. Everything looked elegant and professionally put together, and the overall presentation was just as impressive as I had hoped. The delivery was also excellent. Everything arrived as arranged, with no delays, problems or complications whatsoever. It is always reassuring when you place an order for flowers and can simply trust that everything will be taken care of properly, and that was certainly my experience with Appleyard London. From placing the order through to the final delivery, I genuinely cannot think of anything that could have been done better. Everything was 100% absolutely fine and went exactly according to plan. It was a completely smooth and stress-free experience. I would definitely use Appleyard London again in the future and would have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends. “To be honest, I am not sure where to start. I posted a review a week or so ago regarding a flower delivery for my Mum’s 80th birthday. The flowers never turned up. Appleyard customer services reached out to apologise and the matter, I hope, is now resolved. We will see if the replacement bouquet turns up. I decided to order for myself a small rose plant (orange). I chose the colour specifically. Order placed. I received it today and it is pink roses and not the orange roses that I ordered. See photo. You know when you just want things to be better and, argh, they just aren’t? Appleyard, you need to do much better than this.”

“Good product and good price with selectable delivery, so pleased there. During check out I got a visual screen saying order complete, but no correspondence after that. On the delivery day I prompted via WhatsApp (answered within an hour) and suddenly the confirmation email and delivery details arrived. If that hadn't glitched it would be 5 stars, but as it was a birthday present it was mildly worrying. The orchid itself is beautiful.”
