“Following an issue with an order in July 2026, which was delivered late and completely missed the special occasion of our 40th wedding anniversary, I chose to give Appleyard Flowers the benefit of the doubt and place another order. On 17 July 2026, I ordered flowers for delivery on 2 October 2026 for my wife's birthday. Given the previous problems I had experienced, I deliberately placed this order several months in advance to eliminate any possibility of a late delivery. Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive on the requested date and, after checking the tracking information, I was unable to determine when they would actually be delivered. Beyond missing the occasion itself, there is also the concern that when the flowers eventually arrive, they may no longer be as fresh as they should be, further diminishing the value of the product for which I paid. I contacted Customer Services, who were very apologetic and offered to arrange a fresh upgraded bouquet, together with a box of chocolates, for delivery on the next available date. While I accepted this gesture, I cannot adequately express how disappointed and frustrated I am that Appleyard Flowers has now failed on two separate occasions to deliver flowers in time for important family celebrations. The very purpose of ordering flowers for a specific date is to mark a significant event. A birthday, like a 40th wedding anniversary, cannot simply be celebrated retrospectively because a supplier or courier has failed to fulfil its commitment. Given the repeated nature of these failures, my confidence in Appleyard Flowers has been seriously undermined. While the response from Customer Services was professional and appreciated, it does not compensate for the fact that two important family occasions have now been spoiled by late deliveries.”

“If I could give anything less than 1 star I would. I ordered flowers on the 28th of September for my wife birthday which was on the 1st of October. Thier flowers are very pricey and delivery fee very pricey, you would think because they charge so much you'd be getting the best services out there but its the worst I've ever seen. Its 7am the 2nd of October no flower has been delivered, trier to reach out to both apply yard and in post theier delivery partner and not gotten any explanation or help. You have ruined such a special day for me and my wife. I'll definitely not be using this company again and I'd advise everyone to run as fast away from this company.”

“I chose Appleyard to send flowers for a friend's birthday. The process was quick , I ordered them on late Friday night and my friend received them by 2pm on Sunday. The postage was a little pricey but it was worth it.”
