Received my mothers day flowers sat afternoon sunday roses are leaning over all of them and several other flowers cut the stems hoping they would revive but no a complete waste of money 🤬

The Spring Blossom flowers from my son for Mother’s Day were delivered on Sat. When I opened them to trim their stems and place them in a vase I felt they were crushed together. On spreading them there was a white mould on the light greenery and the one of the very tired looking tulips. I had to remove many leaves, not just those going below the water, but other that had black marks on them. The alstromeria in particular had many damaged and folded leaves, that did nor recover overnight. This unfortunate incident was resolved quickly by good customer service refunding my son the cost of the flowers. I have had flowers from Appleyrd previously and they have always been very good.

Once again dead rotting roses in bouquet second year on the trot telling son don’t order from this company again. Complained last year and got no reply exceptional customer service NOT.

Received a Boquete of tulip flowers and a bottle of wine for mothers day from my son, the day I received them I put them into water , The leaves were yellowish the day of receiving them a day before mothers day ,On mothers day (today) they was drooping, they were a gift so unable to tell my son he would be that disappointed like I am, very upsetting thank you for ruining my mothers day.

Didn’t come anything like the pictures shown poor arrangement and flowers come damaged bent and already dying but after a slight back and forth with customer service they apologised for me not being satisfied with what I received and i was issued a full refund

I ordered the Spring Narcissi Planter. It arrived badly packed, only being wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap. The rest of the box had no extra packing to stop the contents moving around during transportation. Consequently the plants very a bit battered and bruised when received and most of the moss and a lot of dirt had fallen out. Luckily I managed to re-plant the bulbs and now they are growing well.

Failed to deliver order and then was only informed once I contacted them that the arrangement was out of stock and unavailable. This was 2 weeks after the initial order had been placed. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Avoid.

I ordered 100 daffodils for Mother's Day, delivered on time by Yodel. Unfortunately 22 flowers were damaged and broken and had to be discarded. No photos available as my Mother is 90yrs old and unable to use the photo function on her smart phone.
