“Customer service was good however 35% roughly of the flowers were spoilt. They quickly processed a refund but that's not the point. For the price I expect the absolute best. Even better than a local florist. But no”

“Beautiful flowers looked exactly as portrayed on the website. Delivered as stated on the day and was advised exactly as delivery proceeded only one downside to delivery was they were left outside my 92 year old mother's porch and as she is hard of hearing she may not have heard the doorbell, luckily I was advised of delivery so called her to let her know and she was thrilled with them.”

“I pre ordered a July birthday bouquet for my daughter, way before the date. I was unsure whether ordering so far ahead was a good thing, but need not have worried. The flowers arrived safely, on time, and in perfect condition. There were the corect number of stems (I had ordered the grande size) and, once they had been arranged in a vase, they looked exactly like the online photo. My daughter was delighted with the bouquet, and will hopefully enjoy it's beauty for a good while yet.”

“The bouquet arrived early 09:01 on the delivery day. Lots of comms about delivery & expected time slots. Well informed. The flowers didn’t look vibrant on receipt . I saw them when they were in a vase of the recipient on day of delivery. The stems looked old. Five days from the delivery date the recipient told me the flowers were really blooming looking gorgeous. I don’t have a photo. She seems to be very happy with the bouquet”
