“Appleyard London badly did let me down today. Yesterday I ordered 50 red roses with delivery to celebrate the anniversary of my wedding, paid via Paypal and noticed confirmation from Amex that my card was debited. However, today I realised that I received no order confirmation from Appleyard, no communications at all! No error messages were presented on the Appleyard website when I paid. I checked my Amex transactions and noticed that payment by Appleyard was followed by the credit by Paypal, so I received full refund but no communications at all. Today I had to buy 60 roses (4x15) at Sainsbury’s and saved more than £20. Lesson learnt, will never use fresh flowers delivery.”

“The service was very quick and efficient. I would have given 5 stars but the courier let you down. The staff were extremely good and pleasant and polite. The lady who received the flowers absolutely loved them saying they knocked spots off interiors. She will use you in the future. Thank you”
