Beautiful flowers every time and delivered on due dates.

Flowers were delivered on time, to two different addresses, however the roses were almost dead in one bunch and a couple of flowers were broken on the other. It definitely would have been cheaper to get them at a florist but the ease of delivery and ordering was good.. the vase was really pretty and was delivered ok.

600619355 I ordered the flowers in good faith. Not only did they not bloom but I had to buy the flowers from elsewhere for the party . I didn’t get a refund but a store credit . Why would I want a store credit. It’s like me buying vouchers for the future . And what makes them feel I will risk another purchase ever again given they take your money and cannot deliver and give store credit if they can’t fulfill . Surely it should be a full refund into my account for a purchase that was not fulfilled. And there are no contact numbers or email to directly get in touch . This is so unprofessional and the last time I’m using this service

The service was very good. Contact was really helpful. The roses are beautiful which I bought for my relatives 60th wedding anniversary. Plenty of information on delivery time, and pictures of delivery. Excellent job.

So upset, my children surprised me with a bouquet of Red roses for Mother’s Day but to my surprise there’s discolouration & the roses were drying up the next day despite following all the instructions to treat it & put it in a vase. My children’s money wasted for a discoloured Red roses

Flowers arrived Mothers Day. Did everything as care instructions but most of the roses had drooped by the following morning, also the lillies have still not opened. Very disappointed as my son must have spent quite a bit for the bouquet. Complained re the state of the bouquet, received a replacement bouquet within a few days following the complaint. Great customer service. Thankyou .

Edit: I have since been contacted and have been offered a replacement bouquet. I contacted you on Wednesday 18th of March via the 100% Happiness scheme page. Since then, apart from being added to a newsletter I have received nothing. And when I tried to log it again, I can’t because the date of delivery is more than 7 days ago. The photos I have tried to attach were taken on the 18th of March. The flowers were delivered on 13th of March. However they won’t upload, the cynic in me thinks this is on purpose. I have clicked contact is via email and page not found. (For Valentine’s Day my husband had flowers delivered from a different company and they were still going strong 2.5 weeks later)

Easy to purchase online. Good prices. Box delivered in a little underwhelming. Flowers nice but haven't lasted that well, despite cutting stems, water, and care. No flower food came with them - not sure if that would have helped?

My daughter sent me a bouquet for Mother’s Day. When I opened the box, I thought the roses were a lovely colour but a bit dry. The lilies looked a bit withered but I thought they would recover when put in a vase. The next day, some of the rose heads had drooped and by the second day, they all looked dry and droopy. None of the lilies opened. I didn’t want my daughter to think I was ungrateful for the gift so I didn’t ask her to complain. The bouquet arrived on Sunday and I threw the flowers away on Thursday. I hate to think how much they cost my daughter - such a waste of her money. I would not buy flowers from Appleyard and I am sure I am not the only dissatisfied recipient of that particular bouquet.

100 daffodils arrived a day late for Mother’s Day- I could cope with the delay, but sadly they mostly withered without opening despite prompt and renewed water. Here are the last4 of the few that did open, on day 6 after delivery
