“Very disappointed with my experience. I received a rose plant which died within 10 days of delivery. I contacted customer service promptly and provided photos of the plant I was sent. Despite this, I was told the images were of a different rose and that nothing could be done because I didn’t provide a plant passport (something that was never mentioned at the time of my original complaint and was only requested after a delayed response). By then, the plant was already dead and disposed of due to its poor condition. I find it unreasonable to expect customers to keep a dead plant indefinitely or to know in advance what documentation might later be requested. The lack of accountability and dismissive response has left me very dissatisfied. I won’t be ordering again.”

“Received my flowers and chocolates Christmas Eve. A lovely gesture from my daughter but the flowers were already dying before I even took them out of the box! Very disappointing! I had to go my local florist to replace the roses, daisy’s and lily’s so my daughter didn’t know that she had wasted her hard earned money! The chocolates were delicious but … I tried to upload photo but it wouldn’t take it.”
