“I ordered flowers & champagne for my daughters birthday. Flowers arrived on time and were great but sadly no champagne. After correspondence with the excellent Customer services team the champagne was delivered a little late but with suitable compensation. We've previously had a 5 star experience wth Appleyard and expect to use them again.”

“I have been using Appleyard now for about 5 years. They have never let me down. Most recently I ordered some pink peonies for my wife only to find that another family member had already given her some. So the day before I wrote to Appleyard and asked it to be swapped even though it had past the point it could be amended. They said they’d look into it. Within a couple of hours they’d amended it, covering the difference. I was so impressed and the flowers were beautiful and filled two vases!”

“Impossible to call or speak to anyone. There is no option for complaints that I can find. There is no option for a general email or 'other enquiry'. I am having money taken from account and I cannot stop it unless I cancel my debit card!”
