“The flowers for my daughter arrived on time and 80% were beautiful . Unfortunately two were mouldy, and she sent me photos. I have found the web page to inform them of this situation difficult to navigate on my iPad, and been unable to upload the photos onto it so the satisfaction guarantee application would not send. Have had flowers before, always beautiful and unusual bouquets. Disappointed on this occasion as I wanted them to be special.”
