“I ordered flowers from Appleyards for the first time last week having been recommended to use them by my son. I was slightly concerned when I didn't receive an order confirmation and tried without success to telephone to check my order had been received. I then sent an email and got a quick positive response. I also liked the fact that I could track the order easily. Very good and efficient service.”

“Sent flowers as a 70 th birthday to my mother. Roses went brown and died other buds didn’t open. I know they do the money back guarantee but why would I want more credit to buy flowers that may die again.”

“Terrible customer service. No response to repeated emails to try and get to the bottom of missed deliveries and repeated deliveries to the same address within days. Cancelling my subscriptions and going elsewhere.”

“The delivery was done correctly, though it came in rather late in the day. As it was a birthday gift (and we had specified this in our order), we'd have liked it to be delievered earlier in the day.”

“Lovely flowers, love Appleyard. Letterbox flowers not put through the door by courier just left on doorstep (and they did fit). Shame as that's why I ordered a letterbox, otherwise, I'd have ordered something a bit more elaborate. Busy block of flats and didn't want them to go astray!”

“My friend loved her bouquet. It was delivered on the day specified. My friend lives in a flat, and the delivery person made sure the bouquet was collected at the main entrance. I saw a photo and it looked great. Well done.”
