“I was sent an orchid as a present yesterday. It had wilted flowers, no new buds, and the soil core was bone dry. It was not rooted and fell out of the pot. I have an identical orchid, four years old, which cost me £6. When you buy an orchid it shoukd be rooted in the growing medium. This is very poor service. The telephone number I eventually found was not recognised. Very unsatisfactory. My daughter is dealing with my complaint.”
