“Flower order for parents anniversary was disappointing as they wilted within 2 days. I raised this with Appleyard and they promptly provided a replacement bunch within a couple of days. You can't always get it right, but if you make the effort to put it right, that's the sign of a good business for me.”

“I can only comment on the website and what was on offer as I ordered the gift of flowers and champagne as a retirement gift for an ex-client of my Boss who was away on leave at the time. If he gives me more feedback on his return I will update the website. Great selection on offer and easy to navigate. I will definitely use again.”
