“Flowers arrived as planned and were beautiful. Only criticism is that apart from confirming my order I got no subsequent emails confirming dispatch and delivery so was completely in the dark (and getting worried - they were for wife's birthday) until they turned up. No harm done in the end”

“Joined on subscription and first flowers were great the next 2 were shocking. First set came battered and in pieces so I got a credit to my account, used the £35 credit on a new bouquet and it came a day late, wasn’t what I ordered, in a box through my letterbox and literally was 5 stems worth about £10 at most. Customer service is only a live chat and they don’t really do much. Very disappointed in this service as it was a Christmas present”
