“Birthday flowers for a special mum - completely ruined. Flowers turned up wilting, how do you expect anyone to bring them back to life once at this stage?! I have tried to contact these people, but there is no contact number - absolutely rubbish!! What do you intend to do about this @AppleyardLondon ?? Spend your money elsewhere if you want decent flowers sent to your loved ones.”

“More than happy with my order, arrived in time. Recipient was excited to receive 50 roses for her birthday. I’ll be sure to order through them next time. What I would critic, is using a third party delivery that just drops off package by the door. Would vastly improve the experience if they could get someone to hand deliver orders!”
