“Not happy with my flowers this year. Always buy from Appleyard at Christmas. One rose has dropped after 12 hours, had to remove dead yellow leaves from lilies to improve and most foliage mouldy and beyond attractive. I don't think the flowers will survive the weekend. Only delivered last night!”

“I bought a 12 month subscription for with a set date when the flowers will be delivered. On 4 of the 12 months, I had to enquire why the flowers had not been delivered (1 week after the expected date) and on each occasion was informed that there was an oversight at the subscriptions team. It is not acceptable for a customer to have to chase a non delivery on a subscription order. Think again if opting for any subscription service.”

“Rated 1 out of 5 stars NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!! They spoiled birthday for my friend. I’ve ordered delivery, paid extra cost for fast guaranteed delivery. And they just didn’t deliver!!! Customer service doesn’t reply me. Never use them!”
