“I bought flowers for my friend and it was supposed to be a surprise, but the courier just left them on the porch without even trying to ring the flat bell. I’m so disappointed with the service.”

“Marvelous monthly bouquets, thoughtfully selected and arranged (would be '5 stars' based on that). However, experiences slightly marred by problems with the website and contacting Appleyard. The info one needs can be difficult to find (like when does our current monthly subscription end?) and how to readily resolve a missing delivery which somehow had been 'lost' of of the system. It also can be slow to navigate to place a new order etc.”
