“I received a bouquet from my work colleagues last Friday evening and by Saturday the roses had all flopped and thr leaves were all dry! Very disappointed we complained and still no replacement as they said they would! Bad service for the money spent”

“Wow, after finally receiving the flowers I ordered (after a poorly delivery service with Yodel) for my wife for our anniversary, we were both overwhelmed with how beautiful they were. Ordered flowers online before from other florists and I have to say Appleyard surpass them all. Thank you Appleyard. Will definitely use again and highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Incredible service every single time. I have permanently moved to Appleyard after being consistently disappointed by other flower delivery services. Appleyard flowers are consistently high-quality, everyone who has received this as a gift has been flawed and loved every bunch. The flowers, chocs and toys are such a great combination. The price is fantastic too, it doesn't break the bank and every delivery has been on time and flawless.”

“Appleyard had a wonderful selection of flowers including seasonal options. The price was a little on the high side but the service was great. Arrived on time at the correct address with updates for tracking the order.”

“The order was not delivered as per the booking. It was arranged for the following day. I received an apology email and an upgrade in the flower number, but delivering the bouquet one day later and in a slot of 19:00-21:00 is very disappointing. If I knew this would happen, I would not order from this company, even if it was for free!”

“Yet again another poor month of our annual subscription which was an 80th birthday gift for our Mum. Repeated issues with quality. Photos are 5 days apart. Lilies never even opened. Will never order from Appleyard again.”

“A beautiful bouquet arrived as a lovely surprise from my niece. Although I followed instructions, the lollies never opened but just rotted. The pink roses only started to open. After about 5 days I sadly had to throw all the flowers away.”
