“We received a bouquet of roses and lilies on our anniversary. Unfortunately, the roses started to turn brown in a couple of days. Appleyard were very apologetic, and replaced them very quickly. The new bouquet is lovely. Excellent customer service, thank you.”

“There was a delay with the courier, but Appleyard’s customer service was outstanding. They issued a full refund, added site credit, and still sent the flowers. Really impressed with how quickly and generously they resolved the issue.”
