ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! I wouldn't trust this flower delivery service to deliver a paper bag, let alone a bunch of flowers! My experience with them was nothing short of disgraceful. Firstly, the flowers arrived a day late (for Mother’s Day!!), completely ruining the surprise I had planned for this special occasion. When they finally did arrive, they looked like they had been living in a van without water or day light for a week. Wilting petals, completed the death like appearance, It was as if they had gathered the saddest, most neglected flowers from a road side seller. And if the state of the flowers wasn't bad enough, the accompanying “expensive chocolates” could probably have been purchased for a 1/3rd of the exorbitant cost. I did try to cancel the order to address their colossal failure, but they consistently hid behind some spurious T & C’s saying that “up to 3 days late” would be an acceptable standard - SHOCKING This really is the worse Flower Company I have EVER had the misfortune to deal with so please, save yourself the headache and disappointment, and steer well clear of this Company. Over promised, under delivered and guaranteed way to turn any special occasion into a disaster.

I would give zero stars if I could. It is the second time I order from your Website. The arrangements on the website look nothing like what’s actually delivered. I was so embarrassed of the arrangement my aunt received from me today. It looks like a 4 year old put it together. Horrible experience. The flowers look like they have been laying for weeks. Just awful!!!

123-Flowers ⭐ Sorry I'm having to share this way as they don't seem to have reviews on their page - I wonder why that is!! ⭐ Absolutely atrocious bouquet of flowers were delivered - I paid extra for a 'large' bunch, the recipient received a bouquet containing less than 10 flowers/stems. I also paid for the order to contain a birthday cake and a balloon (to which you would assume anyone with half a brain would comprehend that this order was for someone's birthday).... Nope, they sent a valentine's balloon that must have been left over stock from valentines day! I contacted 123flowers via telephone who advised they needed photographs of the bouquet sending in order to 'raise a ticket' - email sent in and email received back with excuses over the balloon and that there was an error with the making of the bouquet from the florist/supplier. They offered to send a new bouquet to the specifications of what I ordered - I agreed of course as I had paid a decent amount of money for this order. They processed the replacement order and advised me of a delivery date that was a date that had already passed so I had to get in contact once more to bring to light that this date had already passed and got them to confirm the correct delivery date which would now be 2 days after the recipients birthday!! Recipient received the second 'replacement' bouquet and although a step up from what was originally received it is in no way the product you see online - the online product that is shown alongside the description of the bouquet advises that 'pictured is a medium sized bouquet', which looks like a decent sized bouquet with more than 20 flowers/stems present so therefore paying extra for a large bouquet you would expect to receive a bouquet bigger than the one advertised stated to be medium! But the replacement bouquet received has a measly 15 flowers/stems or so. TOTAL CASE OF MISS-SELLING AND FALSE ADVERTISING. For a family member to think I had chosen to send such a horrendous bouquet has been extremely embarrassing for me and the gift was the laughing stock of the day! Avoid like the plague - I would never ever use 123-flowers.co.uk or any business associated with them again. Attached are pictures of what they are advertising online and then the first embarrassment received, followed by the replacement embarrassment!

Absolutely awful. How can you advertise these flowers for £40 initially, even £25 is way too much. The flowers arrived, some of them looked almost dead and some completely closed. I have never seen such a discrepancy between an online photo and the reality...even not the Big Mac! Real scam

I ordered some flowers for my friends birthday and what she received was nothing like the picture on their website. I was so embarrassed to have sent them and their website has misleading over exagerated pictures and what she recieved was pathetic. I would ever use this florist again, please see photos for yourself.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sick sister. I paid extra to make sure that she will receive a decent size of bouquet. Two days after the delivery I visited her and honestly I was ashamed that I sent it to her. Two days after the delivery, the flowers nearly dead. Moreover, I paid 40 pounds for bouquet that was worth £10, not mentioning extra payment for delivery. So sorry but I will not use your service again and will not recommended it to anyone.

Terrible flowers... purchased a large bouquet for my mother's birthday they sent a medium bouquet and it looked like been dragged through a hedge... you can buy far better from your local garage... I wouldn't recommend these at all save your money....

Despite front page declaring 'Free Next day delivery' in very large letters. I ordered on Saturday, flowers delivered on TUESDAY. very upsetting and disappointing. Email response was to suggest I hadn't read the information properly but if you look at their header page there is no doubt about 'free next day delivery'. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

flowers order on line on offer next day for £19.99 seven days on 2 e-mails later still only automated e-mail ticket number witch tell you to replay to this e-mail with in seven days or they will close the ticket

I placed an order on 5/7/17 to arrive on 7/7/17 at a Funeral Directors, I placed it at 8.55 pm and it states that if you want next day delivery, it should be done before 9.00 pm. However, because it was two days later (and it states for 1-2 days you can opt for Free Delivery). Saying that, if I thought it was likely to take more than two days I would have opted to pay extra, that wasn't an issue - and there was no mention that it could take longer. You can also opt to pay extra in order to track it, again, the fact that it was two days away, if it did get lost, or didn't arrive, there wouldn't have been a lot I could do about it. Do they actually take more care, if they know it can be tracked? The fact that the funeral has been and gone, it is irrelevant as to when they arrive, they are pointless now. It was for this reason I requested a refund, but that has been completely ignored and there is no mention of it - it has been completely avoided. It is not even a case of the money, it is the principle. If it stated that it could take longer than two days, I would have paid the extra money - the money is not the issue, it is the fact that the funeral has been and gone so the flowers are of no relevance now. I really do think it is bad management, and things should be stated clearly. Had I known there would have been this issue, I would have used a local florists. Issues like this certainly should be addressed, and I am sure I am not the first person this has happened to.

Very disheartened to see the “large” arrangement that was sent for my sisters milestone birthday. The only thing large about it was the container it arrived in. Delivery date was confirmed for the 7th & delivered on the 8th when she wasn’t even there, and there was no communication to advise that 7th delivery was problematic. What was shown was not what was delivered. Would not use again nor would I recommend.

The flowers were ordered to commemorate my daughters late sons, my grandsons 7th birthday. They did not deliver on time. Communication was bad showing no empathy and taking no responsibility for it. I paid them to deliver a service on a specific date nd they DID NOT DELIVER. DO NOT USE 123 FLOWERS

I ordered some flowers for my Auntie for Christmas 2023. I usually send flowers but this was the first time I had used 123 Flowers, as I had left it too late to use my usual flower delivery company. My Auntie called me excitedly in the New Year to thank me, she described the flowers in great detail and said she had never received such beautiful flowers. She said those I had sent her in the past were lovely, but these were definitely so much nicer, they lasted for several weeks and she said they were greatly admired by everyone who visited her over Christmas. I have decided to make 123 Flowers my go to company for the future, and in fact have just placed an order for the same Auntie for her birthday next week. I'm looking forwrad to her feedback!

Although the flowers were beautiful I don’t understand that if I specify a delivery date with 2 weeks notice I.e for a Birthday that they can’t be delivered on that specific date! So my mums flowers were delivered a day late??

Everytime I send flowers I always get a message back saying that they are just beautiful and so fresh looking.All my friends and family have been so surprised at receiving flowers from 123 Flowers and are delighted with them.Beautiful flowers and lovely selection.I will continue buying from 123Flowers as they are the best company.Never disappointed and the flowers are very reasonably priced.Many thanks.

All in all a bit weird. I got the flowers for wife's birthday and they were really poor and very wilted. We chucked them after 2 days and just thought we'll that's disappointing and thought no more about it. I was then encouraged to get in touch about how they did, and thought why not, and said I thought it was poor and wouldn't use again. I then had some back and forth with CS before offered 10 off another order (no thanks) and said no, and that was it. OK the flowers were disappointing, but being dragged through a customer service process I really couldn't be bothered with wasn't worth it. Just go to a local florist next time.

We were so excited to send my son's new girlfriend a card and flowers for her birthday on 8th October, to welcome her into the family, and ordered them 2 days before. We then spent 2 weeks thinking how rude she was for not thanking us, then discovered they had not been sent, even although the money was taken, and we had confirmation of the order. We were not even informed that the delivery had not been made! It was not despatched, so they cannot blame the delivery process. Apparently it was a "system error" and we were told they could still be sent albeit 2 weeks after her birthday! (how embarrassing for us to send them 2 weeks late) Or we could send them to someone else! (who the neighbours?) It is not just the flowers, it's the thought behind them, and this company has completely ruined the occasion. If you order and pay for flowers from a "reputable" company, is it really too much to expect that they will actually get delivered? If I had not phoned after 2 weeks, they would have kept the money, as even they did not know that the order had not been processed. Absolutely disgusting.

1 star but should be zero. Flowers arrived wilted, snapped and broken. They were not even half the size as advertised. All buds are obviously not open when they arrive but if they are half dead and broken on the day of arrival it is impossible for these to ever open. What should be £40 worth of flowers looked like £3 bargain bin bunch from a garage. The recipient was so shocked and disgusted by what she received she contacted the sender to inform them and was so upset she went as far as to phone the company herself to complain about what arrived at her home. As you can imagine it was upsetting for both sides as the recipient didn't want to inform the sender that what she received was so terrible and the sender was upset that the birthday flowers were such a disgrace. The customer service is laughable, i was initially offered £10 refund!!! that in itself is an insult and I will be opening a dispute via the payment method on this. When mentioning i'd open a dispute suddenly the refund went up to the full product amount but refused to issue refund of delivery fee. They argue that the flowers were delivered on the day requested!! well yes they were but there is no logic there if your delivering trash. If I order from any supplier and goods are delivered damaged or not as described, then I will get a full refund. The staff on the phone were rude and lying to me, one minute I was told to get my mother to call back and when she did suddenly that staff member has left the office, even though she said to call straight back. My advice is do not use them, the box states prestige so clearly its all the same companies using different names. In my opinion this is false advertising and its pointless to pay extra for a larger medium bunch as there is no difference at all. They will also have you believe that if you keep them for 3 says they magically fix themselves. I have never known a flower to regrow its head after being snapped off. Moral of the story - dont use them - if it seems like a good price it isn't, your only paying to fill your green bin and recycling

Terrible company! (Look up reviews on other sites) Be prepared if there is any issue they will be rude and not look for any resolution. In my experience I placed an order for flowers that were due to arrive on the 17th October. As stated in the website delivery times and all confirmation emails (it was ordered on the 15th am). The flowers did not arrive and when questioned the answer was well delays are in our terms and conditions. The person the flowers were for was only at the location on the 17th. If there was an issue for filling i would have purchased elsewhere. When pressed further I was told "well they come from Nottingham to Belfast so they will take a day longer at least to be delivered. Delays are in our terms and conditions that you agreed too". At the point of sale on the website and delivery dates shown published and agreed to or subsequent emails no indication that the delivery location would cause an issue or known extra time or delay. Despite them knowing from placement of the order they could not forfil the delivery date agreed. They verbally confirmed logistically the delivery date was impossible for them and never achievable. So why not state that to the customer in the website and put it in the with an additional day as the proposed delivery date. Please don't lie to your customers as you have me. I called them regarding the above. They were rude refered to small print and T&C's and refused any goodwill/ refund or acceptance of fault. A delivery date that can be achieved and isn't impossible from the point of taking the money and transaction is all I would have wanted. Or at least to have been informed of the extra logistical issues they always have in their supply chain to Belfast. Thats fine just let your customers know and - Add an addiontal day. Publish it based on destination. Then I'm not being deliberately mis lead. I can then make an informed decision to purchase or use someone else who can meet the time window you said you would. I will never use them again. My advice would be to avoid. I belive you learn alot about a company and its credibility when issues arise & how they chose to treat customers. If you have read this far in the review im please as it was quite long.. I will await the default reply as you see on the other reviews with issues below.. they don't show any actual resolution so be aware. I will update this review if I do get any genuine resolution.. but I imagine like below I will get a default we are sorry our team will contact you to resolve blah blah blah.. but in reality they are happy to take your money deliver late provide poor service and products with the expectation you won't get a refund or pursue the matter to get your money back. Happy to be proved wrong... but wish I read these reviews before.
