I just ordered some flowers for Mother’s Day for my mum, I was very disappointed. Nothing close to what I ordered. They gave her completely different flowers. There were so many leaves and hardly any flowers. Delivery was on time. I spent a lot of money didn’t get anything I expected. I attached photos.

I ordered these for a neighbour. I was quite disappointed in the amount of flowers in the bouquet that I sent. Although fresh and in bud, not what I expected at all. The delivery was great..no problem. Very sparse for the price

Poor service flowers never acknowledged by company and not received by recipient - sad state of affairs as I was sending to celebrate a young lady who us a single mum on her 21 birthday.

Absolutely dreadful. My husband arranged these for a surprise. They will never look like the picture. 6 tulips one piece of alistromera and one piece of gypsofilia. I was upset to be honest that he would spend good money on this when he could have spent that money on something nice.

1st time using the company, and so pleased arrived when stated I paid doe tracking which was worth it as I was sending to family member across water so tracking was ideal for me. Flowers were lovely and bonus as little Charlie bear came with them .which was beautiful as person I purchased for had lost a baby called Charlie so these bouquet were differently meant for her defo will purchase again well done

I ordered pink meadow and paid for large bouquet...and receied florist choice..very dissappointed in this ..having used 123 before with no issues...photos given ror comparrison...reached out to 123. To be told it can sometimes be different ...i feel the quaility and quantity does not match...such a shame...not happy at all..

I bought the "Joyous Charm" bouquet for a little gift for my fiance. The bouquet I received was nothing like what was advertised. I am disappointed, and now left with a bouquet that looks like my 7 year old son picked them out of the field.

Placed an order for flowers for my daughters Birthday, The Flowers she recieved were not what we ordered, the card was different, and it came with cholate which we did not order. We are dissaponted with the flowers supplied. Will not be using you again.

Well, the flowers are nothing like the ones in the pictures. I got 10 flowers and 4 of the heads had come off. My son sent them to me and when I sent him a photo of them his response was ' they look dead'. They really do look sad and droopy. Not sure why I've given the review 1 star - doesn't even deserve that!!

Having sent a bouquet to a friend and been disappointed about the delivery time and the size, I made a complaint to 123 and left a review. Chloe was very quick to get back to me. She apologised and offered a new bouquet at my convenient date. I arranged a different type of bouquet in the same price range, to be delivered and - it arrived on the due date at a reasonable time and is beautiful. A week later, she is still enjoying the flowers and we are both happy! Well done 123 for sorting the problem! I will definitely give you another chance. I would recommend that you check the size of your bouquets in relation to pictures shown.

Wish I'd read the reviews but was in a rush and they did arrive the next day BUT not the lovely bouquet shown on their website - crushed wilting tatty flowers, the leftovers from a day at the market. Never again!
