“Awful my wife had a bad fall and our daughter ordered fresh flowers and next day delivery they arrived 4 days later and nothing like the picture how do you get away with it”

“Awful. Don’t bother ordering from here. I ordered the “large” option at a total of £29.99. What my dear friend received for her birthday was an embarrassment and certainly nothing like what was advertised on the website. I could have got a better bunch in Aldi for £6.99. She sent me a “thank you” text with a photo of the flowers. I usually order flowers from Next or M&S and really wish I’d stuck to either of those this time. An expensive lesson learnt. I have tried to attach photos but - surprise surprise- it won’t let me.”

“My mum was very upset when I sent her a picture of the seasons joy bouquet that she had sent me for my birthday, it looked nothing like the picture and frankly is just 3 flowers and a load of green. Very disappointed. Avoid this company”

“Really great online store.Flowers came just as on the picture. Ordered from Belgium as a sympathy to family together with a card. I payed extra for next day delivery. Card you can write your own words with name.I really recommend 123 with 10stars.Thank you”

“I ordered Seasons Joy bouquet for my friend, but when it was delivered it looked completely different to the picture on the website. On the website it is a computer generated picture as flowers from one branch are spread evenly throw-out the whole bouquet that is impossible to do. I was very disappointed. It was embarrassing. I would never send this bouquet to my friend. I will never order flowers from 123Flowers and wouldn't recommend anyone to do so. See pictures attached.”

“Ordered a bouquet for my sister 50th birthday, unfortunately this bouquet never comes to my sister hands me. This flower “clown”company couldn’t deliver because of the weather, I keep in touch to know where way the flowers but they couldn’t deliver after few days I (my sister) still waiting they delivered but my sister never received it.”

“Delivery address became a mix of mine and the recipient's address (not what i keyed in). They refused to change it to the correct address and flowers were never delivered. A waste of money. I had to purchase again, from Amazon this time. Very unhelpful company. I wouldn't recommend them at all.”

“I sent my lovely friend flowers to Northern Ireland as condolences for her Mum who had passed unexpectedly before Xmas. Firstly having paid extra for the speedy delivery I was disappointed with a delay but had decided to not be too quick to judge due to the time of year and amount of bank holidays but when the flowers arrived my friend sent a photo of the flowers. I was very disappointed. They looked nothing like the picture depicted on the website. Luckily my friend understands the sentiment behind the gesture but to be honest it was embarrassing.”
