Buyer beware!! I bought a bouquet from here for Mothers Day. When it came there were only 5 flowers and the rest was greenery. I complained but they replied that it was the correct amount of flowers for my order. Why put a photo of a bouquet that you won't get and flowers missing and poor quality. I will never use them again!!

Nothing like the picture online, very sparse. Complained and was told that they met the quality standards, wouldn't help at all, never buying from them again. This bouquet was not worth £29.99

Was very impressed. First time I have used this company. Sent the tulips and Peruvian lilies, wasn’t quite as an impressive bunch as I’d initially hoped,but they came out beautifully. They were wrapped in pretty paper in the box and an added extra that the recipient loved was that the tulips had bulbs attached that could be kept and saved in a special brown bag sent with the flowers. A really nice touch, I hadn’t seen anything about it in the description, but a really thoughtful extra. Will certainly be using again

Terrible! The flowers looked nothing like the photo! Lots of heads were off the flowers and barely any stems, do not recommend purchase!

The flowers did not delivered to the recipient and money waster. Due to the automated system used, customer needs to be diligent. The First line and postcode was correct but it did not delivered due to confusion. Sadly I will not use this company again. Refused to refund or offer to deliver again. £10 was offered to use online for next delivery as inconvenience occur. That is encouraging more spending. Customer services highlight that it's the customer responsibility but if the system use is not user friendly, it is not entirely the customer fault.

I brought these flowers for my mum for mothers day, I am mortifed. They arrived Dead, no card either. To which I had a poem in. Also there was about 6/7 stems very unlike the picture. I am demanding a refund. Waiting for them to reply!!! **warning

Rather disappointed the flowed my mum received look nothing like they do in the photo and they wasn’t cheap. Really upsetting as I got these to apologise as my health wouldn’t allow me to visit.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered the bouquet Desire. The flowers that were delivered are looking most pitiful. A total let down. For the price I paid compared to the flowers that were delivered is a shambles

Terribly disappointing to be frank. I'm in shock, considering I paid extra for a large bunch, which seemed like a standard size. I don't think people should waste any pennies on this misleading company. I feel tricked. Also, being neurodivergent, the maintenance message talks about keeping the vase clean, so, I perceived that it was supplied with a vase. Confusing. Anyway, the size was not that large, and I could have bunched up several Waitrose flowers for a grander result in all honesty.

I wouldn't buy anything else from this company my wife was so disappointed the order was late and the flowers were half dead leaves had black mold on them it was supposed to be roses and lily's no lily's in it was not worth £29 supposed to be big bouquet but only 8 flowers in no foliage asked to upload pictures but it won't let me what a surprise 😢

Bit disappointed by the bouquet sent to my sister in law, as looked nothing like the pic on site I chose the Pink Meadow, in the medium, and even my sister in law was happy with them I feel let down..🙁

Flowers were beautiful and lasted nearly two weeks.. However I did not like that most bouquets do not tell you how many stems or give you the option to increase the size.
