“Really disappointed - paid extra for a medium bouquet, and this was what arrived. They argued that the flowers were just in bud, but this is what the bouquet looked like until it was time to get binned. Really embarrassing to send what looks like a nice bouquet of flowers to someone and for these to arrive!”

“I ordered a large bouquet with premium delivery for a family member’s birthday, paying a total of £32. Despite the “premium” option, the flowers arrived five days late, long after the occasion had passed. The bouquet was nothing like the advertised image – small with a few stems, wilted, and poorly presented. The birthday message I had written was missing altogether. I contacted customer service several times but received no genuine assistance or accountability. The responses were dismissive, and no refund or resolution was offered. This experience has completely eroded my trust in 123 Flowers. Their advertising feels misleading, their service unprofessional, and their product quality unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding this sham company. Just look at the pictures of the flowers received and compare it to what’s being advertised. Disgusting!”

“DO NOT GO OFF THE IMAGE YOU SEE ONLINE! I ordered a large bouquet of flowers so I could surprise my best friend for her birthday. I received my order, opened it up and was horrified. There is no way I could give this to anyone without being so embarrassed. Looks nothing like the image shown online and the quantity is pathetic. Maybe for a small bunch, pushing medium but never a large bunch. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING A BUNCH FROM 123 FLOWERS.”

“Don't be fooled by how easy the process is to relieve you of your money, the flowers sent to my 90 year old Aunt were absolutely dreadful I wouldn't even call them a bunch. Mostly greenery and two heads broken off. The complaints process and staff seems to be really professional, perhaps they have lots of practice! I got offered a £5 credit to my account against my next purchase, they must be joking.... Great laugh. Look at the photos attached, must be really embarrassing for any so called 'florist'.”

“My partner upgraded to medium got only four roses and the lilies are just a joke, all green hardly any flower heads on the stalks. Not worth the money at all your better going to Lidl ,for that price I dread to think what the basic bunch would look like.”
