I would give this 0 stars if it was an option. Flowers received are not even remotely close to the images. Shocking experience, avoid at all costs ! Surprise surprise, they won’t let me upload pictures either because I am trying to leave a 1* review. What a joke company.

Flowers don’t match online photos—half the bouquet missing and poor quality. Customer service refused a refund, offering 50% off instead. I’ve since seen multiple reviews reporting the same issue.

Ordered a large bunch of flowers for my wife's birthday, paid £40 and got 12 stems. If 12 stems is a large bunch what is a small bunch, ?

Without doubt some of the very best customer service support I’ve ever had Not only were the flowers of best quality the sales person went the extra mile helping with delivery but were kind , courteous and very well mannered I would recommend 123 flowers to anyone

Ordered 2 bunches of flowers for mother's day (at the same time on the same order). 1 arrived, 1 did not even get dispatched, but charged me for both! Took 3 days and various emails (repeating the same information )to get to the root of the problem. Can only resend or refund. Not good enough considering you didn't read the order properly! I regularly used this company for sending flowers at work. Will not be using 123 FLOWERS again.

Flowers i ordered arrived half dead, limp some buds and the two that flowered were fragile and were ready to ge throen away. Nothing like the photo and about five stems. The flower slumped when i attempted to place in a vase. Very poor condition , arrived in a box almost dry. Will never order again from 123?,Flowers. I emailed them to complain. Response was that my order was correct and they are sent in bud form to last longer. But the flowers were delivered ready to throw away, waste if money

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers to arrive for the day before Mother’s Day to be on the safe side. Flowers arrived 4 days later and was offered £5 credit on their site, flowers aren’t something regularly bought so the complimentary offer did not reflect the disappointment from the day. Bouquet was delivered early so no one was in. Delivered again 2 days later. Again not the requested day. The flowers must have been in the box for over 3 days. When I finally got them they were in a poor condition. 48 hours later they are dead. Do not use this company the quality is very poor - better buying a bouquet from Tesco

So disappointed !!!! Do not buy!!! Ordered on a Monday to arrive on the Saturdays before Mother’s Day and they have still not come the following Tuesday. No explanation and when emailed they keep asking me the same 2 questions - what is your address and iorder number even though I’ve answered both twice. I appreciate sometimes delivery services can be the reason, but they provided no update that they delivery had even been sent and I just got told my order was stalled. Do not risk it!!! Not even waiting for them to arrive to see if they are good flowers, just do not order them!

Daughter bought me flowers for Mother’s Day (Alstro & Roses) from 123 Flowers - delivered this morning via Royal Mail. Unfortunately they are of very poor quality and about 10 flowers in total - 16 year old daughter immensely upset as was her first time ordering flowers for me for Mother’s Day out of her own pocket. Wouldn’t recommend at all for anyone else purchasing for any occasion as the flowers are of poor quality and do not depict anywhere near the flower photo that my daughter had chosen.

Absolutely embarrassing. Please see the two comparison photos. I’ve asked for a full refund of this. Barely any flowers- the postman threw the box over the fence and therefore further damage to the already pitiful amount of flowers sent. I am genuinely so embarrassed my mum received these.

Buyer beware!! I bought a bouquet from here for Mothers Day. When it came there were only 5 flowers and the rest was greenery. I complained but they replied that it was the correct amount of flowers for my order. Why put a photo of a bouquet that you won't get and flowers missing and poor quality. I will never use them again!!

Nothing like the picture online, very sparse. Complained and was told that they met the quality standards, wouldn't help at all, never buying from them again. This bouquet was not worth £29.99

Was very impressed. First time I have used this company. Sent the tulips and Peruvian lilies, wasn’t quite as an impressive bunch as I’d initially hoped,but they came out beautifully. They were wrapped in pretty paper in the box and an added extra that the recipient loved was that the tulips had bulbs attached that could be kept and saved in a special brown bag sent with the flowers. A really nice touch, I hadn’t seen anything about it in the description, but a really thoughtful extra. Will certainly be using again

The flowers did not delivered to the recipient and money waster. Due to the automated system used, customer needs to be diligent. The First line and postcode was correct but it did not delivered due to confusion. Sadly I will not use this company again. Refused to refund or offer to deliver again. £10 was offered to use online for next delivery as inconvenience occur. That is encouraging more spending. Customer services highlight that it's the customer responsibility but if the system use is not user friendly, it is not entirely the customer fault.
