The bouquet was very poor, nothing like the image on the web site, Our friend sent a photo back which we sent to 123 , they apologised but offered a £10 credit against another order. Really who would order again. Offered to accept the £10 refund against the card payment which they refused. So my advise is to check out other companies first as the experience here was awful and very expensive.

Ordered flowers from here for a birthday gift and what showed up was awful. Pretty much all foliage and not even nice foliage at that. My mum was a florist and when I showed her she was shocked at how bad it is.

I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero stars. What this company advertises is not what they deliver. They failed to honour next day delivery. Their bouquets are seriously overpriced. The bouquet we ordered bore no resemblance to the web site image and it had to be binned on day 4. When a complaint was initiated they tried to blame Royal Mail for the delay, they asked for photographs of the mess they called a bouquet, which we sent, then they wanted a “Birds Eye” view before they could proceed with our complaint. After we sent these photographs they then had the cheek to say that we were outside the 3 day window of them flowers arriving and therefore could not proceed with the complaint and our case was closed. They had the audacity to offer a £10 online gift voucher off our next purchase - as if we would ever use this company again! Their emails were consistently patronising and weirdly were signed off with a Christian name a kiss! We urge people to read the other one star reviews and don’t put your friends in the embarrassing position of having to leave their sick bed to take photographs of a wilted bunch of flowers at the bequest of this company. As I write this review I have just received an automated request from 123 flowers saying they would love to know how our recent experience with them went! Hopefully they will read this review, and others, to see how it went and how 123 Flowers failed us at every level.

Sent mum bouquet of flowers chosen from 123 website she sent me a pic of them and I was horrified, 2 roses had fallen off and they looked like I had picked them up from someone's garden I am being refused a discount and am embarrassed that I trusted this company and my mum looked upset NOT GOOD ENOUGH

I am extremely disappointed with the bouquet I received compared to what was advertised. For £30, I expected a full and vibrant arrangement, but what arrived was very substandard, with very few flowers and not at all what was shown online. Frankly, I’ve seen better quality flowers at a supermarket or garage forecourt. When I raised this with your customer service team, I was told the bouquet was “perfect,” which I find dismissive and unacceptable. The arrangement I received does not represent good value for money, nor does it match your advertised product.

Flowers turned up on time, the box was battered,delivered upside down and soaking wet. Most of the flowers were ok ,I complained about the condition and was told they were sorry and offered a £5 refund. My recommendation would be not to use this company as instead of a nice birthday surprise, it was more of a shock.

the flowers that turned up were absolutely NOTHING like the image i ordered from. I tried to resolve it with 123 flowers and was literally treated like i was stupid. In the end i was told to dispute it with my bank as 123flowers werent going to do anything. I sent the 2 photos of their website and what was delivered and they insist they are the same?? I mean, I am no florist but i have clear vision

The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the ones I ordered & were minus the vase. I specifically wanted them in a vase as my daughter is on crutches. They were also delivered a day late - I am very disappointed with the service I did not receive!

I ordered flowers for a special occasion, but was really disappointed. The bouquet arrived late, which completely defeated the purpose of the surprise, and the arrangement itself looked nothing like the vibrant display pictured on the website. The flowers were droopy and unimpressive, with some petals already wilting. For the price I paid, I expected much fresher blooms and better service. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from this florist again.

I purchased a florists luxury special and was very disappointed with what was delivered. There was not 24 stems and only contained 2 colours this is not 'luxury'. I complained to no avail. I will not be buying from this company again.

Scotland is a classed as a difficult to deliver area so your flowers will not be delivered according to you request, whether you pay or use free delivery.

Terrible!! I will never order from this company again. The bright flowers of "Summer Joy" somehow because "Natures Best" which is not advertised on the 123 Flowers site. It was  sparse, dark and dull, had 80% greenery to fill it out and around 3/4 flower stems, and these were not the flowers in the arrangement I ordered. It was lanky and did not form the circular arrangement as advertised. I paid £24.99 for stems I could have got from the field near my home. The annoying thing was they stated they could not do anything unless an "Arial photo" was taken. I am 280 miles away from the recipient hence the use of a company on line. Why?? they could not assess them anyway as they do not advertise or sell them. It is still warm weather and there are still lots of flowers in the gardens so why green spikes? Stay away from them because what they advertise and you order are totally different things, then you get yet different flowers.

Absolutely appalling service!! This company only apologises for their poor service but never offers to rectify their shoddy products. Website flowers look beautiful but are definitely not what you receive. A supermarket bunch of flowers would be far superior to what you get. So disappointed, will never order again.

The bunch of flowers i was sent looked like they had forgotten to put flowers it just loads of greenery. Very disappointed wont b buying from this company again. Got no help from company when i complained just made up excuses! Disgusting service

Worst customer service and experience. REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!! Please dont shop here. They will send the worst bouquet and say “ it will blossom” if you dont want to be embarrassed by sending flowers then dont use this companyZ

Really disappointed, these were a birthday gift , picture shows medium bouquet that has 4 sunflowers, and lots of greenery, it doesn't stipulate how many flowers are in a large.... turns out for the extra £10 you get one flower! £29.99 for 5 sunflowers??? In the current climate that was an awful lot of money for me and to say I feel let down is an understatement!!

Infuriating process - refuses to let me buy without signing up and disclosing personal details (beyond the necessary) - no doubt to ensure they can bombard me with promotions and sell on my details. Then after a laborious sign up process it won't recognise my account and keeps sending me round in online circles. Wasted 40 mins of my time - off to another provider and I won't be back.
