Sincerely dissatisfied. I ordered a medium bunch got the equivalent of a few sprigs. Waste of money. Will not be returning.

Delivered on time. Flowers were not as photo, very few flowers and the one rose had broken stem. I would not use again.

My order was for flowers to France. They arrived 2 days later than the three days "gap" I was requested to wait from the requested delivery date. When they were delivered they were dead and squashed, the box they were in, hardly in one piece. When I complained and asked for a refund the person on "chat" tried every way to make me take credit, in the end they gave me a refund but not before I had been very insistent. Further I asked for compensation for my Aunt's disappointment and upset; perhaps a replacement bouquet, free of charge? That was a firm no! They really couldn't care less. They have no interest in the human experience of their customers only the transactional.

Lasted 3 days and all but 1 flower dies get better quality from discounted ilse in supermarkets or local market not happy at all

I had a voucher which was included in a bouquet from my son, pleased with the flowers but the voucher for 7.50 would not work no matter how many times I put the code in 🥴

What I ordered vs what was received was terrible. Flowers missing, not where near the quantity what was pictured even though I upgraded to the bunch that was pictured. The flowers received were good quality but the quantity was disgusting! I emailed and reached out and was told basically there was nothing wrong with the flowers and they will not do anything. Very disappointed customer!!

Had flowers delivered off a friend and there were loads of heads off the flowers. They did not look like the photo on the site. Waste of money and when my friend contacted them they said wait till they open. Funny they won’t let me upload the photos of the pathetic flowers that were sent See photos even if the remains few open they not going to fill the vase.

I placed an order for an upgraded bouquet from £24.99 to £29.99 to say I was disappointed is an understatement it had a total if 5 roses in it so not worth the money so sadly I will not be using this service again and certainly won’t be recommending it either do t waste your money

Give this company a wide berth! Terrible flowers, terrible customer service. Ordered £30 flowers, shown what was received to a local florist, she said £12-14 worth of flowers at best. Don't waste your money. I will be contacting my bank!

I paid the extra £2.95 for next day delivery, they arrived 3 days later, told me it isn't guaranteed, even though free standard delivery states 1-2 working days. The flowers that arrived were not like the picture at all, I upgraded to a medium bouquet and paid £30 for a paltry looking amount of flower, when I sent the pic they said yes they are correct for a medium bunch flowers! Do not use, they just scam you and aren't interested in putting right at all. See pics to see what I ordered and what arrived!

I’m so embarrassed to have sent these flowers. They look beautiful in the website picture but then the actual bunch of flowers is ridiculous, yes I ordered the small bundle but that’s what was pictured with the price I was paying. My Daughter intercepted these and they were not given to the grieving parents they were bought for. Thank goodness as they are pathetic.

Flower order delivered yesterday as a thank you for a friend. I had a video call from my friend saying " I hope you have not spent much money on these flowers" she went on to say they were sparse and wilted. They had been put in water as soon as delivered and had revived a little. I saw the flowers by video link, as she said they did not look good and indeed sparse. What I saw I could have gone to a supermarket and bought far better quality flowers for half the price. Not a happy customer that my friend was very disappointed .
