What can you say about an online floral service that confirms your order 4 days out .... and day before says they cannot meet order as agreed???? NEVER AGAIN Their customer service is truly appalling - tried to speak to someone to no avail. Two weeks later still trying to get a refund.

DISCUSTING SERVICE ORDERED FLOWERS DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME FLOWER BOX HAD WATER MARKS ALL OVER IT WAS DAMAGED AND NO CHOCOLATES NOW IT BEEN SINCE MONDAY IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THESE CHOCOLATES WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN NO AFTER CARE NO EMAIL RETURN NO CALL RETURN N LIVE CHAT IS NOT LIVE

The flowers were ordered to commemorate my daughters late sons, my grandsons 7th birthday. They did not deliver on time. Communication was bad showing no empathy and taking no responsibility for it. I paid them to deliver a service on a specific date nd they DID NOT DELIVER. DO NOT USE 123 FLOWERS

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! I wouldn't trust this flower delivery service to deliver a paper bag, let alone a bunch of flowers! My experience with them was nothing short of disgraceful. Firstly, the flowers arrived a day late (for Mother’s Day!!), completely ruining the surprise I had planned for this special occasion. When they finally did arrive, they looked like they had been living in a van without water or day light for a week. Wilting petals, completed the death like appearance, It was as if they had gathered the saddest, most neglected flowers from a road side seller. And if the state of the flowers wasn't bad enough, the accompanying “expensive chocolates” could probably have been purchased for a 1/3rd of the exorbitant cost. I did try to cancel the order to address their colossal failure, but they consistently hid behind some spurious T & C’s saying that “up to 3 days late” would be an acceptable standard - SHOCKING This really is the worse Flower Company I have EVER had the misfortune to deal with so please, save yourself the headache and disappointment, and steer well clear of this Company. Over promised, under delivered and guaranteed way to turn any special occasion into a disaster.

I would give zero stars if I could. It is the second time I order from your Website. The arrangements on the website look nothing like what’s actually delivered. I was so embarrassed of the arrangement my aunt received from me today. It looks like a 4 year old put it together. Horrible experience. The flowers look like they have been laying for weeks. Just awful!!!

123-Flowers ⭐ Sorry I'm having to share this way as they don't seem to have reviews on their page - I wonder why that is!! ⭐ Absolutely atrocious bouquet of flowers were delivered - I paid extra for a 'large' bunch, the recipient received a bouquet containing less than 10 flowers/stems. I also paid for the order to contain a birthday cake and a balloon (to which you would assume anyone with half a brain would comprehend that this order was for someone's birthday).... Nope, they sent a valentine's balloon that must have been left over stock from valentines day! I contacted 123flowers via telephone who advised they needed photographs of the bouquet sending in order to 'raise a ticket' - email sent in and email received back with excuses over the balloon and that there was an error with the making of the bouquet from the florist/supplier. They offered to send a new bouquet to the specifications of what I ordered - I agreed of course as I had paid a decent amount of money for this order. They processed the replacement order and advised me of a delivery date that was a date that had already passed so I had to get in contact once more to bring to light that this date had already passed and got them to confirm the correct delivery date which would now be 2 days after the recipients birthday!! Recipient received the second 'replacement' bouquet and although a step up from what was originally received it is in no way the product you see online - the online product that is shown alongside the description of the bouquet advises that 'pictured is a medium sized bouquet', which looks like a decent sized bouquet with more than 20 flowers/stems present so therefore paying extra for a large bouquet you would expect to receive a bouquet bigger than the one advertised stated to be medium! But the replacement bouquet received has a measly 15 flowers/stems or so. TOTAL CASE OF MISS-SELLING AND FALSE ADVERTISING. For a family member to think I had chosen to send such a horrendous bouquet has been extremely embarrassing for me and the gift was the laughing stock of the day! Avoid like the plague - I would never ever use 123-flowers.co.uk or any business associated with them again. Attached are pictures of what they are advertising online and then the first embarrassment received, followed by the replacement embarrassment!

Not as described. Size large is actually half the size of their size medium on their website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutel Con.Job company

Absolutely awful. How can you advertise these flowers for £40 initially, even £25 is way too much. The flowers arrived, some of them looked almost dead and some completely closed. I have never seen such a discrepancy between an online photo and the reality...even not the Big Mac! Real scam

They sent me the wrong flowers and claimed they have the right to substitute for different ones. The substitute however are a different colour and there are less flowers than shown. If you want to order flowers avoid at all costs as you will not receive what you ordered and then the customer service will claim they look so different.

After seeing photos of their "medium" bouquet online, my wife ordered a "large" bouquet as a Thank You gift. The "medium" bouquet advertised in photos on their site was huge and had around 14 stems. The "large" bouquet the person received was measly and only had around 6-7 stems from what I can see in her photos. So all this is clearly false advertising! Complained to the customer service - their only answer was - as your wife placed the order, we don't care what you say and won't even talk to you... Asked for this matter to be escalated up the chain or given details how I can escalate it - both requests declined by same customer service representative. So now reported them to Citizens Advice, who in turn will contact Trading Standards! By the number of 1star reviews they have - they clearly don't care about customers. If the scammed you as well - don't be silent, prevent others being scammed and send evidence to Citizens Advice/Trading Standards so they are forced either to stop this fraud or stop business altogether! P.s this is a copy from another review site as I did not want to write the same long thing again. P.s. 1 photo is of "medium" advertised bqt, the other one is the "large" one recieved.

What a disappointment, the best part of £35 for flowers that look like they were picked up from a petrol station and then shoved in a box and posted. I was actually embarrassed when i received a photo from my sister. Thankfully we were able to laugh about it and she appreciated the gesture.

Go to the British Trustpilot site Review of 123 Flowers Your review is pending.Read more Lorraine Snelling 0 reviews GB Rated 1 out of 5 stars I ordered the puruvien lillies an roses… I ordered the puruvien lillies an roses the picture was lovely but what s Arrived was sadly missing many flowers all that arrived was 4 roses a 1 lily stem for £33. 99 I expected more flowers I emailed as the friend I sent them to sent me a photo and said the flowers did not look good , I ordered a large bouquet. 123 flowers replied to say they had made a mistake and sent the wrong size and would refund me £5.00 which I declined as it was there error so after several emails they agreed to send another bouquet, the second bouquet arrived ( worse than the first ) but as my friend had received and opened the delivery the roses head had already dropped and the other flower were passed there best , again I emailed and sent photos but they said they could see no issues with the flowers , ( wish I could attach photos ) several emails back and forth they said they would refund me £10 . They even tried to tell me what to do to the roses, how patronising!!! It was to late to save those roses !! Very bad customer service . DO NOT USE , C very embarrassing for me not just once but twice caused me stress and anxiety . Several emails saying the same terrible company flowers on profile picture

I ordered flowers on 14 August to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday on 22nd August. They’ve still not arrived. I now want a refund but am still being given the runaround. I will never use this company again.

If there were minus stars i would give -50... They seem to have misconstrued understanding of NEXT day delivery.!!! They will not refund me as I paid for next day delivery . They don't stipulate on their website the royal mail is delivering. IF i had known RM would deliver i would have bypassed the website. No sms received either. No tracking details received in the first instance. DO NOT USE under any circumstances. APPALLING!!!!

very bad service royal mail in error failed to deliver the flowers due today for my daughters bday. 123 flowers have said i cannot receive a refund. i have attempted delivery for monday, but unlikely i will be home, and my daughters bday is today! I need my refund, this is royal mails error not mine! complete swindlers
