Paid extra for large bunch absolutely nothing like was pictured ,feel ripped off and let down lucky my mum just appreciated some flowers and saw the funny side when I showed her what I ordered you are better off using uber eats and getting supermarket flowers delivered . Con artists not flower artists unfortunately 😔

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, flowers arrived looked nothing like the pictures on the website, absolutely disgusted, had a few emails back and forth with Kyle who has basically just fobbed me off saying they have shown the chief florist who has approved it. Stay well clear not great customer service at all, never use these again

I got the florists pick for valentines as it showed a beautiful bouquet in the picture however, when it came it was the most disappointing bouquet I’ve ever seen. Might as well get supermarket flowers. The bouquets are nothing like what’s pictured on the website. Absolute rip off wouldn’t recommend. To top that off their customer service is appalling and don’t see an issue with what I received.

I selected quite a unique bouquet, Ti Amo containing black for a reason. I understand that steamer be replaced but they replaced it with gold which goes against their terms and condition. Also ordered a large which wasn’t large at all and nothing like the photos on the website. Finally, some of the roses were in poor condition. No refund of any kind offered. 100% satisfaction guarantee… I don’t think so.

Delivered 3 days late, look at state of the flowers. I was told to send pictures but no where on website shows were to do this, so here they are. I would expect someone to contact me about a refund. Can’t even upload all the photos here!!!!

A very poor product from 123flowers as I got small flowers for the Ti Amo bouquet when I ordered a large bouquet paying 50 pounds. I could have purchased the same size bouquet from my local florist at just 25 pounds. The displayed product on the website for the medium bouquet on the 123flowers website was much bigger than the one I received. I I will never use this website to purchase flowers again as the product is much smaller than the display.

if i could zero rate these i would. received as a surprise and they were certainly that and not in a nice way. flowers crushed and certainly nothing like the products advertised. my friend who sent them is so disappointed and cant stop apologising. a visit to supermarket next time!!!

I ordered a surprise bouquet for a friend's birthday and arranged for it to be delivered on the day. Tracking told me it was on its way and was 5 stops away Suddenly, it was unable to be delivered.!! My friend was in, so now will possibly receive a bouquet of dying flowers at some point, not on their birthday. Bad service, will not ever use again!!

If I could zero stars I would. For my order I chose the florist choice, which were nice pale pinks. Instead my mum received really dark colours the only thing that was light coloured were the yellow roses. Unfortunately some of the the stems of flowers seemed half dead, I contacted customer support and they said nothing was wrong with them, really not happy.

When I choose to send flowers to someone for her birthday on a specific day I expect to be delivered exactly on that day. If you have your delivery by Royal Mail and you don't know that they don't delivered on weekends, this is unacceptable for your customers. I really hope that the flowers gonna look more than beautiful... I'll be back after delivery ....

Very disappointing! The basket of bulbs was delivered in a terrible state, the basket wouldn’t stand up and the bulbs appeared to have been thrown in. The only compensation offered was a £5 credit to be spent on a future order. It was even suggested I should provide my own container! As far as I’m concerned I have wasted £29.99; the recipient was distressed. Never again 123 flowers.

Florists pick is obviously just a clever way of using up what they have a glut of. Bouquet received couldn’t have looked more different than the one ordered. Different flowers, colours and size. Great scam. Don’t be attracted by free delivery as you can’t guarantee the day. Rubbish. Tried adding photos but it doesn’t work.

I ordered a beautiful fabolous freesia bouquet medium for my husband’s 40th birthday, which should contain white and yellow flowers. The whole bouquet is a disappointment , I feel myself so embarrassed. None of them are yellow at all, it’s all white . I attached how it should look like, and the other pic what he actually got.

Awful my wife had a bad fall and our daughter ordered fresh flowers and next day delivery they arrived 4 days later and nothing like the picture how do you get away with it

Awful. Don’t bother ordering from here. I ordered the “large” option at a total of £29.99. What my dear friend received for her birthday was an embarrassment and certainly nothing like what was advertised on the website. I could have got a better bunch in Aldi for £6.99. She sent me a “thank you” text with a photo of the flowers. I usually order flowers from Next or M&S and really wish I’d stuck to either of those this time. An expensive lesson learnt. I have tried to attach photos but - surprise surprise- it won’t let me.
