I ordered a £45 Peruvian Lily bouquet plus teddy for my mother’s 80th birthday. As it was such a special occasion, I didn’t mind paying a little extra. However, although arriving on time what was delivered fell vastly short of the photo illustrating the order. Sparse, miserly flowers, even the Teddy looked shamefaced. I was so, so upset and embarrassed. (My errant sister didn’t spend nearly as much as I did with another company, but needless to say, hers were like an array.) would definitely not recommend this company.

Ordered around 2 weeks prior to the date I wanted them for - received confirmation of my order. No other communication received so didn't know if the flowers had been sent or not. Flowers did arrive, on the booked date. One of the heads had fallen off and, despite ordering a medium size bouquet, the flowers received were very small in number (definitely not the medium ordered) and look nothing like the picture on the website. Won't be using again unfortunately

Lack of actual flowers, loads of cheap greeny, over priced for the amount received. , customer service polite but not interested, worth noting they were sent with Royal Mail so did arrive u til 8 pm . Much better companies out there ! My advice would be not to use these as although they contained the right flowers , the amount is minimal .

First of all cannot comment on condition of flowers as were not received. My 80yr old visually impaired grandmother ordered next day delivery thinking this florist was based in Jersey. 4 days later was contacted by royal mail stating they were going to delivered, as the recipient was by this time away on business could not be there to accept. Contacted 123 flowers to explain situation to no avail, don't know where flowers are. Would steer clear of this company.

Nothing like the picture. Bouquet contained 2 santini chrysanthemum stems, 3 carnation stems (1 broken), 2 roses (1 broken) and 1 stem of alstroemeria. The rest was greenery.

Absolutely shocking customer service Royal mail did not deliver even though my aunt is elderly they put refused even though they had not knocked. But because royal mail say they tried I'm the liar! 123 flowers were not interested in helping Once they have your money they don't care if you don't get the product They finally arrived a week later dead!

I've been buying flowers from internet sellers for decades. Where would i rate these? Worst flowers ever. i've seen better quality at the petrol station. Best one outside of Interflora has to be Bloom & Wild. I thought i'd try 123 Flowers. I won't make that mistake again. According to the website "Thoughtful gifts made easy, Fresh flowers, beautifully presented. Whether you're planning ahead or sending a spontaneous surprise, 123 Flower makes it easy to send something meaningful. Choose your bouquet, pick your delivery date, and let us take care of the rest. Your perfect flowers are just a click away." Let's delve into this, picture by pitcure. One of the images is what they say you will be getting - which of course is not what was received. I've also attached two images of their flowers compared to interflora. 123 flowers (on the left), interflora flowers (on the right). You can see Interflora's flowers match not only 123 Flowers website but also most reputable florist website images. The 123 flowers look, well, sad? I've also included two images which show the exclusively made for "prestige flowers" chocolate bar (hang on, isn't this brand 123 Flowers? Can't even add 123 Flowers to the "exclusive" line). No mention on the website that the chocolate is cheap as chips, tastes even cheaper and is only 60g (bar of cadbury dairy milk is less that two quid and is twice the size). In fact, no ingredients on the site. Chocolate bar "may contain nuts". How nice of them not to mention this at all! My advice, is to go to your local supermarket, get five or six bunches of flowers (still waiting to bloom) and buy a luxury bar of chocolate. You could even get a bottle of plonk. You'll still be spending less than you would here, you'll have more flowers than you can handle, you'll be able to digest the chocolate and, if you're not driving, you'll be able to sip some fizz while waiting for your supermarket flowers to bloom. Avoid 123 unless you want to buy a slice of disappointment.

I ordered the pink meadow bouquet....or so I thought! Nothing like it when it arrived! Customer services say it states clearly on the website what you will get but I'm not sure which website as they couldn't show me and it wasn't on the website I used. Delivery on time. But very disappointed customer and will not be using them again

Not happy ordered Astro & roses flowers don’t look nothing like the photo on website very few for cost I’ve ordered a few times from here but these are pitiful don’t think I will use again

The flowers arrived. Should have been a large bouquet of sunflowers. 4 sunflowers class as large. Not impressed at all. Got £5 refund. It’s an insult. Will not be using again and I have warned friends, family and colleagues to stay away from 123 flowers.

The medium bunch of sunflowers I ordered, costing £25 was disappointing to say the least. The flowers were tiny, not at all like the picturs. I would not have paid £5 for the bunch which arrived, never mind £25. I would not recommend anyone buy flowers from 123 Flowers. Unless they improve their flowers to narrow the gap between picture and the flowers which are sent, they will fail as a business as no-one will by a second bunch from 123 Flowers.

I ordered this bouquet for my best friend who had just had a family loss. I chose this site as it was local to her address and the prices seemed reasonable. However when she received her flowers, I was truly shocked what she got. I asked her to send me a photo and that's what I have attached. What they're supposed to look like or grow into and what she got. As I was displeased I reached out to the site via email with my dissatisfaction, and was responded to by asking to take different angles of the bouquet. I expressed to them this was very inconvenient and insensitive as she is dealing with her grief and making arrangements for the funeral, and I couldnt ask her to take more photos with different angles. I was met with a reply stating they needed this and they could offer me 10 credit towards another purchase, which I was not happy with. Id rather they send her another bouquet of same quality and quantity - Or just refund me. So I did not respond, im truly saddened by this and won't be using their services again.

Ordered a large bouquet for a friend. Delivery was on time but flowers were absolutely shocking! What a disgrace! A large bouquet contained just 1 rose, 2 mini chrysanthemums and 3 carnations. Not at all like the photo on the website. My friend was not impressed and I was totally embarrassed! Asked the company for a full refund, which they refused. Offered £10 credit on future orders. These were not cheap -£29.99! What a total ripoff ! I have added photos of what I ordered and what was actually received-think everyone will agree this is shocking! Absolutely not! Will never use again! Referred matter to my card provider as significantly not as described. DO NOT USE!
