“i ordered my sister flowers because she has cancer and is at end of life i wanted to express how much i love her well she got flowers that i did not order looked nothing like the picture of whet i ordered im so upset she said there lovely but there not there was 2 droopy pink roses and all green not flowers i paid an extra £10 pounds for bigger bunch no way was it big i feel aweful”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER Had to give 1 ⭐ cos I couldn’t give minus stars. What a truly awful company, ordered flowers for my girlfriend’s birthday on Wednesday with their 24 hour commitment. Didn’t arrive for 5 days and not surprisingly when they did arrive this morning the box was squashed and the flowers were dead . Tried to add the photos but that doesn’t work either .”

“These flowers were ordered a week in advance for an elderly relatives 83rd birthday. They arrived at gone 8pm at night!!!! Birthday almost over!!! So disappointing. I received several emails throughout the day telling me they would be delivered...then they wouldn't...then it would be the next day...then they would be!!! Such a let down... I had a call from my relative at 20.20 to tell me they had arrived at last. Would not use this service again... I would rather go and buy flowers and deliver them myself than be so let down and disappointed!”

“Delivery was not completed although it was promised delivery next day. Several messages was been sent that my order was been received by RoyalMail “by SuttonDO on 22-11-2025 and is now due for delivery today” but by 24th it is still not delivered. I will not recommend this company for flowers delivery as flowers won’t survive 7 days delays in delivery.”

“I am very disappointed with the letterbox flowers I received yesterday 20/11/25 1) I had to guess who had sent them as the sent card was missing in box 2) the sparseness of blooms 3) the flowers themselves are not good. After investigating I found it was flowers from my grandsons for my Birthday last Sunday. All very disappointing”

“To say I am disappointed would be an understatement! I picked a date that I wanted the flowers to be delivered only for them to arrive 24hours later ! I purposely selected the date as it was for my daughter’s 21st birthday. When the flowers arrived and my daughter opened them they were nothing like or even similar to what was advertised! I will never order from 123 flowers again ! Complete waste of money and I could buy better from a supermarket”

“I ordered a bouquet for my friends that had suffered a bereavement. When I saw what they’d actually received I was horrified. 123 flowers would not refund or offer any compensation. Avoid at all costs the bouquets are actually embarrassing. Photos are of what I ordered and what was received”

“If it was possible I would have put no stars. Ordered bereavement flowers on Wednesday, they went from Manchester MC on Thursday to Manchester South East on Friday, up to Manchester North West the same day, Saturday they went back and forth through the same three depots, today Sunday arrived back at Manchester MC then on to Manchester Central DO, don’t think they’d been there before! Today, Sunday there meant to be delivered to an address in Milton Keynes, not surprisingly, I would definitely not recommend, wish I had read the reviews before using 123.”
