Incredibly disappointed with the flowers my friend received, utter waste of money. Looks nothing like the picture and I ordered large. Could get better from a supermarket.

very poor service I ordered next day delivery for special occasion however its still not delivered despite number of email to establish the position but no satisfactory response or delivery very poor will not be using again

Delivery was not completed although it was promised delivery next day. Several messages was been sent that my order was been received by RoyalMail “by SuttonDO on 22-11-2025 and is now due for delivery today” but by 24th it is still not delivered. I will not recommend this company for flowers delivery as flowers won’t survive 7 days delays in delivery.

My niece sent me a bouquet of flowers yesterday to cheer me up after my op, when I sent her a picture she was very disappointed, not what she ordered at all. My opinion, a poor excuse for a bouquet!!

When I received the flowers they looked nothing like what was advertised as the picture. Yes description said 7 stems but they should have made it clear that you get no other type of flower and that the bunch I will receive is not reflective of what is on the picture. They didn't accept my complaint as they kept saying this is the correct size, I'm disputing that it is misrepresentation! as I had bought the bunch to gift to someone on their wedding and it was such a small bunch. Feel very disappointed, probably would have got a better bunch from the petrol station.

DO NOT GO OFF THE IMAGE YOU SEE ONLINE! I ordered a large bouquet of flowers so I could surprise my best friend for her birthday. I received my order, opened it up and was horrified. There is no way I could give this to anyone without being so embarrassed. Looks nothing like the image shown online and the quantity is pathetic. Maybe for a small bunch, pushing medium but never a large bunch. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING A BUNCH FROM 123 FLOWERS.

My partner upgraded to medium got only four roses and the lilies are just a joke, all green hardly any flower heads on the stalks. Not worth the money at all your better going to Lidl ,for that price I dread to think what the basic bunch would look like.

Really not impressed and flowers were dispatched on Thursday for a monday delivery. They didn't arrive fresh either. They look nothing like the photo which i couldn't post as for some reason it kept telling me it couldn't support a photo

Similar to others, Royal Mail made two notifications and flowers arrived at 5pm. Also delivered upside down. For the large bouquet they were distinctly underwhelming lacking in quantity and quality, a disappointing purchase.

Placed an order Medium size Peruvian Lily & Rose for my mothers 90th - 1st notification was to be delivered in the morning- 2nd notification to be delivered PM. This is from Royal Mail. I arrived home a few days later and i was not impressed by the flowers- see photo - My mother is fabulous with flowers and she had a lot delivered which looked great, except the ones I ordered. The couple of roses, the petals were damaged -looked limp as if in there last days of bloom. Disappointed.

Nothing absolutely like the shows in the picture I am so disappointed I will as expected something nearly like in the photo maybe and the delivery should be in the same days I don't know you can see the picture and tell me if I am wrong you will understand witch I ordered and witch came

Had a bouquet of Peruvian Lily's and Roses delivered as a surprise for my wife today because she has had a hard time recently, I ordered the large bouquet which looks nothing like the picture for £29.99 there were 5 pink Roses and 5 lily's, I could have bought the same flowers from Tesco for £5. The flowers are lovely but a very disappointing quantity. I feel ripped off and would not recommend this company 😕

My son, who the flowers were for, was less than happy with the flowers and said they were no better than a £10 bunch he could have purchased from Tesco. We have tried various companies who deliver flowers, including Interflora, and have never been satisfied with any of the other companies and thought your company would deliver something better than them. Sadly not, and I won't be purchasing any flowers off you in the future. These flowers were for a special occasion, and cost nearly £40 including delivery. I feel really let down. The only positive is that you got them delivered when you said you would.

Disappointed! Only 5 actual flowers which were already starting to brown on petals ,the rest being tired greenery.Be very lucky if they last 2-3 days.As a former florist I was quite shocked at the size and quality.A birthday gift from my daughter who would be bitterly upset.

Paid extra for next day delivery , flowers were left behind a dustbin on a hot day no calling card left so flowers did not get notice until the next day they were all wilted will not be using again £45 for 5 roses and a few springs of Chrysanthemums & Gypsophila pictures are what i should of received 2nd picture is of delivered flowers nothing like what i ordered, will not use again
