“I sent flowers to my sisters birthday. But unfortunately the box was badly damaged when they arrived. The courier was royal mail in this case. I contacted 123 flowers 💐 and was offered £5 discount. But I don't feel I will use it if they ate using the royal mail as there chosen courier. Flowers were But was worried the bear that was a gift with flowers could have been lost.”

“I have used 123 Flowers before and was disappointed that I had to request a replacement order as the original bouquet was not up to standard. It was with some trepidation that I used 123 Flowers again, but after having a glowing report from the flowers recipient who stated that the bouquet was excellent, I will use this company again. Thank you 123 Flowers!”

“Very easy to use the website and order. I live in Dublin and needed to send flowers to my friend in the north of Ireland which is why I chose this company. I did request next day but they arrived a day later, however my friend was thrilled with them and in my opinion that’s all that matters ☺️”

“This was the first time I had used 123 flowers to send flowers to my 89 year old Mum in the UK. The flowers were fantastic, great value and arrived on time for her birthday. There was only one issue I never received confirmation of despatch as promised by 123 and no tracking so I had no idea if they were on their way. Checked my junk email but there was zero follow up from 123 once the purchase had been made.”

“This is the first time that l have ordered flowers from 123. It was a lovely bouquet of pink roses and tulips and arrived on time. It was sent to a friend who is recovering at home to cheer her up. I would have given 5 stars but there were less roses and tulips than advertised. A little disappointed but would still order again for such a fast service. R. Pattison”

“Absolutely stunning bouquets. My only criticism is the difference between medium and large. Having paid £60 - £70 on large bouquets the large is filled with a few decorative fillers not large at all.”

“This is my first orders and so can not comment yet on the flowers, But ease of use regarding the site was simple easy and smooth. The prices were very competitive and if I am happy with the flowers I am sure I will be using them more and more. Heres to the future orders.”
