I wouldn’t recommend this supplier at all, ordered a Fields of Gold bouquet of Sunflowers. The website suggests 7 stems in a standard bouquet, my boss received 3. Very poor and terrible value. I will actively not recommend.

Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, it can sometimes take extra time in transit, as we do advise on our website. Delivery said attempted at 9.30pm when person was at home. So not delivered. Been in a post office van all day and now saying will deliver next day. Flowers won’t survive in a hot van for 2 days. I called and asked to resend fresh and they refused saying need to be delivered today. I used Interflora instead for delivery today. Never would I use this company again. Customer service were useless.

Stay away! The customer service is terrible. You get a different story every time. I was even told that if I pick a specific delivery day, delivering the flowers three days later still falls within their delivery window... They claimed they aren't actually responsible for delivery because it's usually handled by Royal Mail. One day I was assured the flowers would arrive exactly on the chosen date, but when they didn't (and I should mention I placed the order four days in advance), I was told that not all shipments arrive on time. I don't know how this company stays in business, or how the people working there aren't ashamed to lie as part of the job... It's a nightmare. I won't even mention the flowers themselves—it's not worth the time.

I would not recommend this company based on both the quality of the flowers and the way they handled my complaint. My partner who is in America ordered a standard bouquet as a surprise for my birthday. I completely understood that the standard bouquet would contain fewer stems than the larger options and therefore wouldn’t be identical to the promotional image on the website. However, it should still resemble the advertised bouquet in terms of its overall appearance, flower selection and quality. Unfortunately, what arrived bore very little resemblance to what was advertised. I’ll be uploading a comparison photo so people can judge for themselves. The bouquet consisted of only six flower stems surrounded by a large amount of foliage. Several of the flowers were already deteriorating when they arrived, with petals falling off and very little life left in them. The arrangement looked rushed and poorly presented, and there was even a random wooden dowel sticking out of the bouquet for no apparent reason. I’ve genuinely seen better bouquets in supermarkets and petrol stations for a fraction of the price. I contacted customer services and supplied photographs, but instead of addressing the condition of the flowers or the poor presentation, I repeatedly received the same response stating that there were “no quality issues” because I had received the correct size. My complaint was never about the size—it was about the quality of the product I received. I was offered a 50% voucher, which I declined because I had no confidence in ordering from the company again. I requested a refund, but this was refused. I then asked for the matter to be escalated and requested details of their formal complaints procedure, after which they stopped responding altogether. It’s especially disappointing because this was a thoughtful gift from my partner overseas, and I know he would have been upset to see what was actually delivered. If you’re looking to order flowers online, I’d suggest sticking with more established companies such as Interflora, Bloom & Wild or Marks & Spencer. In my experience, they provide fresh, professionally presented flowers and a far better overall service. Unfortunately, both the bouquet itself and the way my complaint was handled fell well below what I would expect from a professional florist.

I chose a lovely bunch of flowers to say thank you to my beautiful partner who helped me through a very difficult time in my life and paid the premium delivery charge £8.95 to guarantee that they arrived pre 1.00pm as we had somewhere to be that afternoon we arrived back late at night to find the flowers left on my doorstep in full view of the public path I was supposed to be signing for them the flowers weren't the best either a few looked on their last legs I can guarantee I won't be using 123 flowers in the future throughly disappointed in what should have been a special moment.

I would leave no stars if I could will never use this website again absolutely nothing like the pictures they provide on their website and you do not get the amount of flowers shown either. Very disappointed, don't waste your money with this website

Very disappointed with the flowers I bought for my friend’s birthday. I was really disappointed in what she achieved, it looked nothing like the flowers advertised on line- see comparison pictures. Customer services were not interested in my complaint and said that the flowers were what was expected. Don’t waste your money.

I will actually put a Zero starts but it doesn't allow me. The flower received didn't look at all like the picture what was really disappointing and more cos they were sent as a present so was so sad to see the picture of what was sent been so horrible and poor. Due to this I will not buy again or recommend your website for flowers delivery. You can clearly see the 1st picture (flowers received) don't look at all like the ones on the order (2nd picture) and it has only 3 flowers when in the description say is much more.

Some of the flowers were already dead and nowhere near as good as the ones I ordered last time from another flower delivery firm. My friend who I sent the flowers to is very poorly and was feeling quite down so I thought a few nice flowers would cheer her up, so you can see why I am so disappointed. Wouldn’t even give this company 1star only I had to to be able to write this post. Do not waste your money on flowers from them. I ordered flowers for my friends 40th birthday. Not only were they two days late but they arrived half dead and looking nothing like the photograph. These flowers are £60.00, I have emailed and sent photographs of how they look in the packaging and out of the packaging and according to the company they are perfectly fine.. I will attach photographs so you can see for yourself the sight my friend was sent. I was embarrassed to say the least 😡😡😡

Good morning 123 flowers Frankly I was utterly embarrassed when I saw the photo my friend sent me this morning of the flowers your company delivered. They looked like something from the Tesco mark down bin, and absolutely bore no relation to the picture on your company's website. I'll continue with my reviews on other pages so at least others get a more accurate idea of what to not expect.
