Wish I'd read the reviews but was in a rush and they did arrive the next day BUT not the lovely bouquet shown on their website - crushed wilting tatty flowers, the leftovers from a day at the market. Never again!

Beautiful flowers. Such a pity woucher make it so difficult . I ended up giving up on woucher despite buying the discount. It was so difficult I went direct to 133 .The flowers arrived the next morning. BRAVO. EXCELLANT SERVICE

Very disappointed with the flowers sent for my Aunts 80th birthday. I order bouquet of yellow and orange when arrived they were just bland yellows not at all what I expected or ordered. Also delivery was not on time. Reach out to customer service to he told that their florists and supervisor thought they would be OK after a couple of days care. They missed the point completely that the bouquet was not in the colours ordered 😕 Unable to upload photos Will never use again.

Brought flowers for mothers day. They were not what I expected at all. Informed customer service about my delivery. Requested I waited a few days, they were terrible like I had brought some with yellow label on. I was not impressed, especially with how much I paid

Appalling. Do not use. I paid £50 for a large bouquet for my daughter's birthday. What was delivered was tired, listless, and smaller than the "medium" bouquet advertised. The advertised display included 8 white roses which didn't even appear in what they delivered. It was shocking value. I could have got more for £20 from the supermarket. Customer service were very quick .. to say the bouquet was "good quality and matches the size ordered". They suggested "flowers can appear different on arrival, especially before they've had time to fully open and bloom." Yeah - especially when they're not even there. Avoid at all cost.

Shortly after Mother’s Day i ordered some flowers out of my new bank account for my mother. The flowers were called Savannah Sunset and were around £30 as i paid for the medium size. When the flowers arrived we were disgraced to see there were quite literally 3 gerberas in the bunch. What we were looking at did not read a £30 bunch of flowers but instead a £10 bunch from co-op. Furthermore, after as little as 2 days one of the heads had fallen off of one of the gerberas and the small flowers started to wilt! I am disgusted since as soon as i bought for first gift for my mother with my newly established bank account the gift ends up being a total rip off. I attempted to add photos to this review however yet again i am disappointed as the system seems to not be able to handle that.

Ordered large flowers paid extra i received a pathetic small bunch of green stucks with a couple of nice roses thrown in cost me 37.50 coulour was not at all like the picture and had mould on complaind but was fobed off by cust service said would come out, dudbt just looked rubbish was ashamed for the so called florist !! Albsolute let down!! Be warned

I recently sent a bouquet to my friend. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The bouquet was so small and I paid £10.00 extra to make it a large bouquet. Fortunately she is happy with it. However, I know what I paid and what I was expecting. I wanted something special for her. She sent me a picture and I counted 4 tulips and it was no where near the size that is shown in the order picture. I ordered it for a delivery two days after the order, thinking it would arrive in the day time but eventually delivered at 7.50pm. I would certainly not use you again or recommend 123 Flowers to anybody.

Avoid at all cost! Customer service is shocking, what you receive is totally different to what is advertised, all they can say is you ordered standard and the image represents medium… however regardless of size you would expect to get something similar and fresh flowers not ones that are droopy!

Absolutely terrible flowers, look nothing like the picture. A very small about of flowers compared to what is in the picture. Exceptionally disappointed and a waste of money. This is the worst bunch of flowers I’ve ever ordered offline and would never order from here again

Very disappointed with this arrangement, could have got better supermarket flowers, which I did to fill it to actually look like a large bouquet. Only good thing I will say is that delivery was very good. Won’t let me upload a picture.
