The experience is acceptable. Quality of trampoline delivered is very good. However the website and way of ordering December 2023 was a disaster. Website changed during process, reactions from Jumpking came in spam and were not tracable to the required product and payment was not quit easy via ideal.
Finally with great support from customer service Amanda all was solved. Even the contact with transport Dachser.
