“I haven't received my goods and have emailed Customer Service 3 times now and still no responses!”

“Prompt delivery, robust construction, one happy thirteen year old. However, be warned, I'm reasonably practical and it took me seven hours to assemble. Once the frame was assembled the rest was fairly straightforward, but the instructions are sufficiently vague on the frame assembly that it becomes similar to doing the baked bean jigsaw. Everything is well engineered, but the manual should be idiotproof. For assembly, in addition to the required tools I would recommend either a large quantity of alcohol or a straight jacket, or even both.”

“Good service, prompt and gave value. Product (net for a 14ft jumped oval) though was not as good as original item less well made and less robust, did not use same fittings... a bit disappointed by that.”

“I ordered two parts - one arrived fine, the other was sent the in the wrong size. I phoned at the weekend, left a message which was returned first thing Monday morning. The correct part arrived first thing Tuesday and the others taken away. OK, a mistake was made, but I couldn't have asked for a better correction. The whole process from ordering through to delivery was quick, efficient and easy.”

“Very helpful staff. Quick free delivery. The oval 8x11.5ft trampoline is perfect for our tiny garden whilst being long enough for my daughter to practice her tumbling skills. No instructions came with it so we had to get them online and they weren't the clearest to follow. But only a few minor disagreements during the build so can't have been too difficult....”

“Great product and certainly appears well made and durable. The instructions do take a little deciphering but just let common sense prevail and you should be fine. As an aside, this can be put together by one person without too much difficulty despite what the instructions say.”

“I am really happy with my ovalpod trampoline which we have had for several years now. Have just replaced the net for the second time and I do understand that these parts will get damaged and need replaced. It does seem that the price of £99 is excessive though for a replacement net. I don't mind paying a fair price but don't think this price reflects the quality of the product.”

“Excellent customer service. The representatives were knowledgable and helpful. The trampoline itself is great. The only negative was the instructions - they were largely picture based and somewhat tricky to follow. My daughter and my partner were outside for ages trying to put it up and only managed it once I intervened and tool control of the situation!”
