“The quality of the materials, and the overall design seems good. The trampoline is up and seems good. However, the instructions are some of the worst I've ever seen.”

“Asked a few questions by email, never had a response. Ordered parts by email, didn't receive a response/confirmation finally called after a week and asked what was going on - reply was "sorry, we put your order on hold because there were extra delivery charges.”

“There was no instructions in with the trampoline and I had problems matching screws with holes which are still not matching but after taking 5hrs to build I wasn't taking it apart to send back.”
