“I purchased the UFO swing. It's great fun for the kids. Delivery was absolutely atrocious though. Not Jumpking's fault directly but their delivery partner FedEx are awful. Was accused of having received my parcel when infact It had been delivered elsewhere. Took me having to persuade their customer service that I had been contacted by someone over Facebook to tell me that the parcel (with my name and address on it) was with them instead. If it hadn't been for that person's honestly, I would have never known where my parcel was as FedEx were oblivious! Parcel ended up being very late which meant my children were disappointed. Has sadly put me off ordering the trampoline I had planned for my son's birthday.”

“Been trying to reach some one in customer service; the trampoline was delivered incomplete with only 3 of the 4 boxes being delivered. Have emailed and left voice messages no one has hot back. Delivery company requires sender to raise issues!”

“Excellent sturdy and as described , very pleased with our purchase. If being particular there were a couple of Scranton the framework , but this didn’t stop us getting it up as wouldn’t hinder the performance. Out 11 year old gymnastics daughter is thrilled snd can’t keep off it . Worth every penny”

“Good trampoline, some nice improvements since I bought the last one. However some parts were damaged and despite two emails to customer service I’ve yet to get a reply.”

“Fantastic quality trampoline. Kids are very happy. We had one issue with the netting having a rip in it and after contacting them they sent a replacement out.”
