“Incredible service - called for some advice and were very helpful. Delivery was rapid and great. Made the trampoline up myself and the instructions were very straight forward. Product is great quality and Kids are very happy!”

“Easy to use website, good range of products, high quality product too. No issue with them. I did have issues with Tuffnells the delivery company - very poor communication from them, limited and delayed tracking of item. I received an email AFTER it had been delivered saying they were delivering that day. Thankfully there was someone at home to receive it. I would suggest they find I different courier.”

“Delivered well, although, the four boxes were heavy! The instructions need a couple of minor tweaks, however, my 12-year-old son and I managed to build it in 2 hours. The children and I have used it and love it. My boys are part of a trampolining club and rate it highly. Over time, I do wonder how durable the netting poles will be, particularly where they attach in the corners. Big thumbs up so far.”

“Item arrived promptly. Setup was a a bit tricky with several holes need not lining up correctly so had to drill/file some extra holes. The main frame poles snapped easily so we needed to tape it together to make it work. Biggest issue at the moment payment - I selected through Klarna and Jumpking still have not acknowledged the payment so my bank reverted the payment. Klarna can't proceed until it happens.”

Dear Luc, I am very sorry to read your are not happy with the 8ft x 12ft Rectangular Combo Pro Surround Pad. This pad is made specifically for our Jumpking 8ft x 12ft trampoline. I wonder if you may have a different make of trampoline which is causing it not to cover the springs? I have just left a message on your phone. Please do call me to discuss. “Extremely helpful customer service, pulled out all the stops for me when I was trying to source spares for trampoline purchased pre lockdown. Nothing was too much trouble tracking down original order and sending me correct spares after grandchildren’s trampoline that had been accidentally damaged. Ordered spares and arrived very promptly, we were kept informed about delivery times etc. Would definitely recommend this company 😃”
