Customer service was great as I have ordered the wrong replacement seat for the ufo swing and they have noticed it and checked with me first before sending out the order. Really grateful for that !
Girls absolutely adore UFO swing ! Instructions in couple places were a bit confusing when putting the swing seat but I managed to work it out.
