This company has caused a huge amount on inconvenience and time and upset. I would strongly urge anyone to avoid dealing with them in the current corona virus situation. I have tried contacting their customer services over a dozen times by live message, email and voicemail message to no avail. I received one email a week ago asking me if I wanted a replacement or a courier collection for full refund. I replied that I definitely wanted a courier collection but still heard nothing. I have actually just started taking dispute action against them as the item was £450 and they are not responding at all! I suggest they cease trading until they can satisfactorily provide sufficient customer service to support their sales.

Trampoline net doesn’t fit. I have contacted jumpking 3 times so far to request a return address and refund but nobody has responded to my emails in over a week. Not happy with the customer service at all

Totally fed up with the company. Bought a trampoline for my disabled child while on lockdown. 3 boxes arrived. Loads of equipment missing plus 2 boxes. No reply to any of the messages that we have left. Except for one person who its apparently not there job to pass messages to customer service try messaging the right department if you require help. I will be taking this with trading standards as soon as I am able. Will not be recommending to anyone unless they want to waste over 600 pounds of savings. Ellen Coleman

Very poor customer service, I know COVID 19 is in place but no help whatsoever for refunds... Phone says send email to customer services I’m still waiting after 2 weeks for a response ...

We ordered parts for our trampoline at the end of march but we are still missing bits of our trampolining parts order. Some cake some didn’t. We have emailed you twice chasing the missing bits and have not even had a response. The trampoline was for our daughters 7th birthday on 16th April which will now be ruined if we don’t get the parts. The photo shows the missing poles.

I ordered a 14ft bed 96/8.5 . I was sent one which had 90 "D" rings on it after several phone calls and emails I have still not been contacted about the replacement which I'm expecting. I've not been contacted even to acknowledge that it is being dealt with., and was surprised to be given this opportunity to give a review on the service. Just a message or email would go along way!

Hi, I ordered a new trampoline surround and new pole covers. I have received the surround but not the pole covers. I have emailed customer services twice to ask about this but have not received a response. Please can you advise?

Trampoline arrived broken with bent leg pole. Not heard back from company in two weeks. Waste of almost £500 as trampoline can’t be used. Very disappointed

Poor customer service, I was unable to get through via the phone and no one responded to my emails. I appreciate we are in difficult times (COVID-19) but there was no info on website to suggest they could not respond to emails.

My order was incomplete I am missing a goal and a football. I have emailed twice and not had a response as to when I will receive the items I have paid for. Extremely poor customer service I would not recommend your company.

Acknowledging the current Covid-19 situation is creating challenges for everyone, the service from Jumping.eu has been appalling. Our trampoline arrived with an incorrect sized part (see photo) and for 9 days we have been unable to contact anyone to sort out the situation. No-one has replied to our emails, calls go straight to voice mail despite the message stating that someone should be answering from 23 March onwards. The online chat function has also failed. We'll keep trying, either to get our money back or receive the correct part.

No tracking information. I’ve had to find this out myself via Argos. Driver “couldn’t find address” and now the trampoline has been returned to sender. Can’t speak to anyone. Emails not being returned. And I’m £600 out of pocket with two very sad children.

They say that they resolve queries in under an hour. I have waited four days and still no response to my emails, or website chat. I only need a spare part so I can out up the safety net. Not Happy!

I think your advertising is misleading expected a trampoline and got a trampoline cover for the price of a trampoline
