No instructions and wrong parts sent as does not fit together. Emailed numerous times with no response. I have opened a PayPal claim. Avoid at all cost

Not a great experience so far! Delivery was really quick but unfortunately the wrong boxes were delivered so there were parts missing. 4 days later and still haven’t had a response or any guarantee that the missing parts will be delivered. Not a great service, probably wouldn’t recommend or use again.

We never received our mat or springs with our trampoline we got yesterday I have emailed you and sent a message and no one has replied..we don’t know if there is supposed to be another box coming or know if we have to buy the mat what you jump on separate.

Have ordered a replacement trampoline matt and received the incorrect product, I have emailed 3 times had no response, i did make contact via the chat button but they want to email me back. I don't have much hope in that. Don;t take poeple's money, deliver incorrect products and remain uncontactable.

I purchased a 10ft trampoline from Jump King during the lock down period. The purchase was fine, had no issues with website and payment. I was given delivery instructions by Jump king and TNT but despite the instructions the product arrived a day late. Whilst assembling the trampoline part of the frame had no holes punched in so that the springs for the bed couldn’t fix to the frame. My daughter was/is devastated that she can’t play on her birthday present, in what is already an upsetting time for her. I’ve tried to contact Jump king via 2 emails, chat service on the website and by twitter with no reply. I appreciate this is a difficult time for everyone but we have spent a lot of money with the company and expect the product to be correct. Hopefully this isn’t a true reflection of the company in normal circumstances.

We ordered a 10ft jumpPOD classic on 22/04/30 and this was delivered on 03/04/20. When we tried to assemble it on 04/04/20 it appeared they had mixed up the parts so we could not complete the assembly of the trampoline. I have tried phoning them but always get put through to an automated recording. I have emailed them 4 times to try and resolve the problem but have not received any reply. I realise things are difficult in this coronavirus environment but the fact that they have not bothered to reply to any of my emails is very disappointing and we are now left with a completely useless half constructed trampoline.

Ordered 3/4/2020. My error, ordered wrong size but despite published returns policy they've refused to help me. Appreciate the odd times but I've tried to contact on 4 separate occasions and no response. Shame. Will buy a replacement elsewhere.

You cannot get a hold of anyone I emailed 4 times and no response over a week so had to invoke PayPal before I got a very nice email apologising assuring me that they would dispatch the trampoline that day and sent me a tracking number I cannot track that number just keeps saying invalid so 5 further days I have emailed twice to inform them and no response again

I received the net however the cover sleeves were missing from the order. I emailed on 9th April, however I am yet to receive any response resulting in me having to e-mail a second time on 18th which i feel is unacceptable. It is now 5th May and I am still yet to receive a response about your error with my order.

After receiving the wrong part, I wrote an email in regards to how I go about exchanging it to the customer service email on the 11th of April. It is now the 18th and still no response.

I never recieved my trampoline after being told it would be with me on 2 separate dates and no one ever got back to me regarding this so now no trampoline and 299.00 pound out of pocket

Awful customer service. It is now a month since they delivered a broken trampoline to us. I have sent numerous emails with photos of the broken part, and have received no acknowledgement or reply whatsoever. Nobody is answering the phone, which is understandable in the current situation, but I would at least have expected an email in response. What are we supposed to do next?!? They have taken our money, we don't have a working product, and they are not acknowledging us. Avoid.

Awful Customer Service, they are also known as YJ EU , it’s another American company that uses China for its manufacture. I’ve had no response from their Customer services despite sending x4 emails and calling then daily. Tried to cancel an order, they ignore my request in the hope I’ll just put up with the poor customer service. Still had no response so it’s a Legal claim for my money back! Wish I’d read the previous reviews, mostly< 2* with the same complaints- poor customer service.

Disappointed with the Poor communications, after ordering a 12ft x 17ft Trampoline I cancelled my order the next day to save wasted time and expense as I realised it’s too big for my garden.I subsequently emailed and phoned Customer services the next day, and a further 3 times in the week and received No reply. The unwanted trampoline arrived within 5 days, and Now I have to arrange to send it back at my cost. This is Sharp Practice, by ignoring my cancellation request. Avoid and Save yourself a load of grief.
