About the worst service we've had from any company in a long while. We ordered one of their trampolines for delivery ten days ago. Day by day we're promised "oh it'll be with you by xxx" and sure enough it's not. What's made it much worse though is the LIES and extremely poor customer service. And still no sign of trampoline that's been paid for.

Disappointed with service as I ordered 2 trampoline covers and have only received one! It's a lot of money to spend considering the trampoline costs £100 and the cover is £40. I convinced my friend to buy one too and have now had to give her mine whilst I try and resolve why the second one never arrived. It's a lot of hassle when you're a single parent who has two kids under 6 and work full time to then have to deal with incompetency. I cannot comment here on the product as I haven't got one to use.

I apologise that you only received one Rocket Tent, the 2nd should arrive with you shortly, this was a picking error. I can confirm that the Rocket Tents are on offer at £43.00 the RRP is £79.99 these are not covers, the covers cost £29.00. The tents fit our Jumpking trampolines only. I hope you and your friend will be happy with your purchase.

item was returned to Gatwick as the parcel was incorrectly addressed. We are hoping for delivery in time for Christmas

You sent the trampoline via UPS, this is the issue... The tried to deliver the item on Wednesday, when I wasn't going to be home. They them promised to deliver Thursday, I waited in all day, phoned continuously and was fobbed off repeatedly. They then rescheduled for Friday, I waited in all day, phoned continuously and was continuously fobbed off..... Delivery is the issue!!!!

I am very sorry to hear that your UPS delivery has been a problem. The tracking shows it is out for delivery today, I hope that it arrives safely and causes you no further problems. I have called and left a message on your phone.

UPS never delivered the trampoline!! Promised it on the Tuesday. Nothing!! Wednesday, still nothing after I stayed in all day, so we phoned UPS. A lady rang back and said the driver had finished for the day, so someone would ring Thursday morning. No call on Thursday, so we rang in the afternoon and they said the trampoline had been delivered, but no trampoline, no card through the letter box, our neighbours knew nothing about it. Our son's Birthday was on Sunday, so gave up after so many empty promises and ordered a trampoline from another company. A shambles and dreadful customer service.

I still don't have a complete trampoline. To be fair to JumpKing the main issues seem to be with the deliverer, the delivery service has been appalling. The initially made the delivery of only 3 out of the 4 boxes. The second box arrived (at a different time to when it was promised) but was shrink wrapped and had clearly been opened in transit. Several items are missing from the box. I still do not have a complete trampoline.

One of plastic caps to poles arrived broken. Since then another has snapped. Husband has had to tie all caps on with cable ties to hold net in place.

I purchased a Jump King classic pod trampoline in July 2014. When we took the trampoline down for the winter we noticed that one of the upright poles had a split in it. When we contacted the company we had bought it from they contacted Jump King and advised usnthatbthenpole isn't covered under warranty and suggested we had used inappropriate force against it. The pole is there toehold the net in place and act as a barrier to children falling off of the trampoline and as such should be of a sufficient strength to tak an impact. The trampoline is used by an eleven year old.mi have been toled both both Jump King and the supplier Mad Fun that it is it under warranty and they will not replace the pole. I know have a trampoline which I fear is not safe as I do not feel confident that the other poles will to fail and cause a child to fall onto the ground. Totally unsatisfactory that such an integral part of the product is insufficient for its purpose. I would t recommend this product nor Jump King as they have not taken this matter seriously. Very poor customer service.

Cancelled order due to a £22 delivery charge for merely a net to Northern Ireland. Got identical net through Amazon, £5 cheaper and free delivery.
