Very poor quality, not safe. Doesn’t cover springs. Expensive for a cheap product

Dear Luc, I am very sorry to read your are not happy with the 8ft x 12ft Rectangular Combo Pro Surround Pad. This pad is made specifically for our Jumpking 8ft x 12ft trampoline. I wonder if you may have a different make of trampoline which is causing it not to cover the springs? I have just left a message on your phone. Please do call me to discuss. Having received the trampoline canopy and tried to put it together which has failed. This has been due to the connectors not being the right ones. I have emailed customer services twice, had no reply at all to try and put this right. The canopy therefore is useless and totally out of pocket. In short, my feedback for other potential buyers is to stay clear and go elsewhere and save your money!

Still awaiting delivery. One box out of the four seems to have vanished so can’t comment on the quality of the trampoline until it actually arrives!

Quick delivery but the canopy doesn’t keep the shape when it rains and it’s not even heavy rain. Quite difficult to put back on every time it rains so we had to take it down. So disappointed.

I was sent a mail with a pre-order price of £315.83, for the small rectangular trampoline. When I went to accept the invitation the price was £379. JumpKing said the price I was sent was excluding vat. Very disappointed in this sales tactic.

Replacement net for trampoline a few pounds short of £100 so was expensive! But, given the original had lasted longer than expected, and was of good quality, I decided to buy another - rather than look to buy a new trampoline. The replacement, however, while fitting, was not simply not the same and not equal to the original. I think it of much poorer design, lacking many of the features of the original and for me was 100% not worth the money. I am very disappointed and will not trust this brand again.

Our trampoline, advertised next day delivery took 10 days, including Easter some of the boxes were lost by the courier. On the 3rd call with customer services I struck lucky and got a lady called Harriet, who on my request, despatched a new trampoline on next day delivery with an alternative courier. Thanks so much Harriet!

My first enquiry was by phone but their answerphone was on during business open hours. My request for a return phone call was ignored. I then left e-mail messages but they took about two weeks to reply. My enquiry about replacement parts was then dealt with and my order was promptly dispatched. Very slow and disappointing customer service fora main agent.

On the advice of JumpKing I ordered a replacement net. It arrived within a week. But it was the wrong size. I called 3 times during normal business hours as published on 3 different days over a week and each time got a voicemail where I duly followed their instructions asking about exchanging/returning the net for another bigger net. No one has returned my call. I have emailed them as well over a week ago. No response. Clearly not a company that values their customers. Do not buy from them would be my advice.
