“We’ve had our trampoline for more than ten years and it’s still going and can get parts, we initially ordered the wrong loop to hold the betting up that broke but the lady on the phone was extremely knowledgable and with description, was able to find our original model and send us a correct replacement the next day! Fab service.”

“My son put it together with no real problems. Its sturdy well made an my 7yr old autistic grandson loves spinning laid down. Swing easily unhooks to put away in bad weather. Lots of fun to be had!”

“Excellent. Really happy with the trampoline - bought it for our 5 and 3 year-olds. Perfect size for the two of them to have enough space and also get the right amount of air time. Once we'd got over one assembly hiccup (with some excellent and very friendly communication from Jumpking), it was straightforward to set up.”

“Have just replaced our original 12ft jumpking trampoline for a new one. The original one has given amazing service for about 13 years,( 3 enclosures,1 surround and a few foams being necessary for stringent use during its lifetime).The parts have always been easy to get and good value so had no hesitation in buying from Jumpking again.New one was very easy to erect and a small issue of not ordering enough covers for the foam pipe covers was easily solved.”
