“I ordered replacement parts, net and pads from Jump King. The ordering process and contact were fantastic. The items were as advertised and the trampoline is back in use. There was a courier issue with delivery, sent in two parts. Only one part was received and the second part was lost in transit but JumpKing were all over the delivery once informed. couldn't have asked for much more, will use again.”

“Excellent service from jumpking.eu. My replacement pads arrived within two days. This was a world of difference from jumpking.co.uk, who took over two months, never supplied the right size and refused to answer my emails, to the extent that I needed to contact my credit card firm to secure a refund. Please do not confuse the two firms when ordering anything!”

“We had an issue with our new trampoline which we bought in January of this year, we only set it up in the month of June 2022; a v-ring was damaged and the company replaced the jump matt in a 24 hr period. Our son now enjoys his new toy and I want to say my experiance of this compamy was top notch...The product ( Oval 9ft x 13ft ) though a lot of effort to put up was well worth it; delivery, and support was very good in our experiance.”

“I ordered the wrong replacement parts for our trampoline, so I rang and spoke to Harriet. She was amazing, sorted out a return on a day that was convenient, helped me find the parts that I needed and then sent an email with links to them so I could order easily. She even included a photograph of what part of the trampoline should look like so that I could be sure they were the right ones. The sort of customer service that you just don’t get in a lot of places anymore.”

“We’ve had our trampoline for more than ten years and it’s still going and can get parts, we initially ordered the wrong loop to hold the betting up that broke but the lady on the phone was extremely knowledgable and with description, was able to find our original model and send us a correct replacement the next day! Fab service.”
