What brilliant customer service. Rang the company when one of the V rings twisted and poked through its fabric holder whilst we were attaching the springs to the frame. Spoke to Amanda who immediately despatched a complete new bed which arrived within 24 hours of my phone call. Couldn't be more pleased.
