“Ordered replacement netting for our oval trampoline and foams. The person who picked up the order realised they were incompatible parts and phoned me. Turns out I had ordered all the wrong parts. Luckily the correct parts were in stock and same price. Great customer service!”

“Great swing for young kids. Easy to asemble and perfectly stable on level ground without needing to use anchors. Did have a small problem with a faulty bolt on rope attachment but customer service was excellent and new parts sent out straight away with no hassle.”
