“No customer service to speak of. Since my last post a week ago we are still without the replacement w legs. No contact with customer service received. Very disappointed. I would strongly recommend you use another company for the supply of your trampoline. 3 disappointed daughters and a very disappointed Dad.”

“I bought a trampoline for grandchildren 5 years ago and it has been well used I needed sine spares and contacted Jumpking during COVID isolation and My was absolutely superb in tracking down the spares needed Trampoline now good as new Superb five star service from Amy”

“No sign of any customer service since last reviewed. Still unable to use trampoline. No resolution to bent w legs so would not suggest that you buy from this seller. However jumping.co.uk could be a better bet.”

“This was a gift for my grand nephew who is three ,he absolutely loves it ,not seen it as it was delivered to.him ,but it looks so colourful The delivery was excellent only a few days ,I ordered early ,as deliveries are taking longer at the moment ,so we’ll done !! Many thanks”

“One put together we’re happy with the trampoline. However, putting the frame together was very difficult. One leg in particular took multiple attempts and lots of force to get the pipes into place. It really shouldn’t be that difficult if the pieces are made the correct size in the first place. Having said that the springs were easy to attach with the tool provided as was the safety net. Overall happy, but it took a lot longer than it should of due to the leg / frame section.”

“I purchased a trampoline and the offer was advertised as a combo with the tent and trampoline both pictured side by side trampoline and tent and only received the tent they obviously didn’t update there web page and muddled customer I only purchased it cause the tent was advertised very miss leading”

“Disappointing - we have been trying to get in touch with jumpking.eu for the last week as our trampoline is the wrong size and we have not been able to get any reply by phone or email. Very concerning as we don't know whether we will be able to get a refund as stated on the website. Best avoided due to complete lack of customer service.”

“It was very difficult to put together. It makes a lot of noise. I contacted customer service 4 times and they have not come back to me. I bought the 10ft Jampod deluxe trampoline and I paid a lot of money for what we got and the poor customer service. It does not look as it the photo. No calls or emails back! Wish I read the reviews before!”
