“The product we bought has very poor quality, the base structure wouldn’t form into a circle. We couldn’t get hold of the customer service either, they have never replied my emails and answer the phones (we tried for a week already). Our kids were crying and very upsetting, but we couldn’t get a new trampoline without getting the refund. By the way there was no any paperwork and return label in the delivery, the whole experience was wasting time and money!”

“Trampoline arrived with an essential part of the frame missing. My little boy was devastated. A week later, despite sending multiple emails and leaving multiple voice messages, I haven’t even received an acknowledgement of my complaint, let alone any attempt to replace the missing part. I’m so disappointed.”

“Absolutely terrible service. I ordered goods on 11th of April, payment was taken immediately. I was told the goods had been dispatched on April 15th and would take 3 days. I hadn't received after a week so checked with courier, they hadn't yet received my item from the seller. I contacted the seller by email and phone daily but no reply, finally my wife contacted them on Facebook messenger and was told they've sent it to the courier. This has went on for 10 days, checking with the seller and courier who both say they don't have it, seller blames the couriers tracking service. I've had two other deliveries in the last 10 days by the courier in question so I'm inclined to believe them, their tracking had been accurate in both cases. Seller won't cancel the order or refund me despite the TC's saying they offer 30 days any reason cancellation, I've paid for an item that isn't on its way to me. Now I need to take it up with my bank for a refund. Avoid, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.”

“Shockingly appalling service. Wrong part of trampoline was sent to me and I have emailed, phoned and left messages But nobody has got back to me to advise me what to do! Meanwhile, in these horrific Covid times, my grandson has spent weeks with out his trampoline. I would love to hear from Jumpking so they can advise me what to do!”

“Excellent service, with delivery timelines as promised. I'd seen the 6x9ft Jumpking trampoline reviewed elsewhere and it generally had very favourable feedback, so I was pretty confident in this purchase. A few people had mentioned parts not fitting, but when you read the instructions it is clear this is down to sections of the frame being held together under tension, so you do have to use some force to slot pieces together. I managed to construct this by myself, though it would certainly be easier with a second person (as recommended). Our children (3 & 5 years old) absolutely love playing on the trampoline, and hopefully we will get many years of use our of it!”

“Excellent. Purchase made in the lockdown so just after initial panics that Jumpking managed availability. Delivery communication perfect as we were advised to leave note to driver with or permission and signature. Hubby assembled fine and handle can be easily removed and put back on again with 2 screws. Daughter loves it and I do too. Delighted.”

“I ended up returning the trampoline as I underestimated the water table level in my garden and determined an InGround trampoline wouldn't be suitable. Amanda Gowland, Customer Service Manager was very helpful and kind in the handling of the return. I'd definitely buy from JumpKing / YJ Europe again based on the customer service.”

“I purchased the 12ft ZorbPOD from Jumping EU on 16th April 2020. I live in Dublin (Ireland) and the trampoline was delivered to my home on 24th April 2020 (only 8 days delivery time during COVID 19 lock down). The trampoline is absolutely fantastic. Very high quality and was easy to put together. It took two of us just under 3 hours (2 people) and the instructions were easy to follow. My kids absolutely love the trampoline and I am extremely happy with the excellent service provided by Jump King EU in making this purchase and subsequent delivery of the trampoline very easy. Thank you.”
