“Excellent trampoline. The first part of the assembly instructions are poor as it seems to assume that you have already joined two pieces together but at no point tells you to do so. Pretty straightforward after that - took two of us a couple of hours to put up. Very happy with it - just never understand why people cant write simple instructions :-)”

“Our trampoline blew away in the recent storm so had to purchase spare parts- which we did- online, and got it all wrong. A lovely lady phoned me from jumpking to query the order as she had spotted that the parts wouldn’t match. She pulled up my original order for the trampoline from a few months earlier, and corrected the spares that we needed. Everything arrived a few days later- including a tie down kit as well and the trampoline is now back in business! Fantastic customer service from jumpking- thank you so much.”

“We ordered a replacement safety net for our grandchildren’s trampoline, it was difficult to find one that matched out three pole support (most seem to be four poles) but Jumpking offered this three or six pole version. The price was reasonable and delivery was as promised - quite quick. The net looks robust and looks like it will do a good job. Could have done with some instructions as it’s quite a tight fit but I worked out that we needed to fit it loosely all round and then gradually tighten each drawstring in turn to bring the net right down to the base. Very happy with it and with the service.”
