“I cannot praise Jumpking enough. I made an error in my order. I rang and spoke to very helpful lady, who quickly resolved my error and replacement poles were received the next day. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much.”

“Our autistic son loves his Jumpking trampoline and after 5 years of service and despite being carried over our neighbours fence by Storm Eunice, the trampoline in a good serviceable state. This would not be possible, if it wasn't for your vast range of spares stock and your extremely helpful sales team in identifying parts (rare springs on my last interaction. Really impressed with the level of support and I'd like to say thank you to your team.”

“Purchased the 14ft v 17ft Oval JumpPod with Circus Canopy, Tie Down kit and Cover and Shoe Bag. Easy to order and received some great promotional prices on the accessories with a free ladder included with the trampoline. The trampoline was dispatched quickly. Unfortunately the courier struggled to get the trampoline out of the lorry (which did not have a tail lift) and meant that I had to get the trampoline boxes off the lorry myself. The boxes were delivered in fantastic condition. We had to wait a few weeks for dry weather before assembling the trampoline. You definitely need at least two people to assemble this trampoline. The instructions are easy to follow. It is a challenge putting the springs on and it is vital you follow the order of installing the springs otherwise the springs become extremely difficult to attach (my husband learned the hard way on this!). The netting was also tricky to thread the rods through and click together particularly when you have to attach the two assembled parts of the rods together. The canopy was perhaps the hardest thing to install as you have to lay out the canopy on the ground to make sure you have the right length poles in the right place. The canopy we were initially sent had some faults but Jumpking's customer service was outstanding and they quickly arranged a replacement canopy which was perfect. Although you need to set aside a good 1-2 hours to put this up the trampoline is fantastic quality once assembled. It is absolutely massive and my children love the fact that they have enough room to safely do gymnastic acrobatics/tumbling on it. They also use it as a play den when friends are over. We had some high winds shortly after assembling so took down the canopy. The tie down kit was excellent as the trampoline did not budge. This is a very strudy trampoline. It is very easy to cover/uncover the trampoline base and pads with the waterproof protective cover. Definitely fantastic value for money and would not hesitate to recommend this trampoline.”
