“Have just replaced our original 12ft jumpking trampoline for a new one. The original one has given amazing service for about 13 years,( 3 enclosures,1 surround and a few foams being necessary for stringent use during its lifetime).The parts have always been easy to get and good value so had no hesitation in buying from Jumpking again.New one was very easy to erect and a small issue of not ordering enough covers for the foam pipe covers was easily solved.”

“I dont normally write reviews but I think this is worth sharing with all potentiual buyers: We got our trampoline back in 2015 (oval 9x13) and since then we've been always very very happy with it, best investment toy/gym equipment ever. We left the trampoline exposed in the garden for almost 2 years during building works, a bit unplanned and yet we were considering getting a new one once finished. So like 7 years after I contacted Jumpking - not expecting much but asked for some spares (mainly to save my husband from rebuilding it) and I have to say customer services were amazing! They recommended exactly what I needed (a few bits and pieces) to give it a new life and it is now looking like as new! Longevity is important in today's world and well done to jumpking to keep it going.”

“Although there was some crucial info missing from the website (that John Lewis nets and surrounds are not generic, but are specific to John Lewis trampolines & won't fit others the same size and shape)...which resulted in me having to make a return/exchange, the customer service I received over the phone and via email was absolutely brilliant.”

“Purchased replacements parts for trampoline following storm Eunice! (one lower enclosure bar and replacement foam poles for all poles) Excellent quality for all items. The trampoline in itself is at least 6 years old but still going strong so relieved to be able to still get replacements parts. I previously replaced the net enclosure 2 years ago also with Jumpking and very pleased with that too. Quick delivery.”

“The phone call received to check my order was very helpful as I had infact ordered slightly the wrong replacement poles, not realising that they came in two separate sections. It may therefore be worth making this apparent online so that others do not repeat my mistake. In my case though, thank you very much for verifying and amending my order.”
