“Quick delivery and good price. The service from the help desk on-line chat and email was excellent but there telephone service was non-existent. Do not get this company mixed up with JumpKing.uk who provided very poor service to me. This company rescued the kids summer holidays by providing their quick service and delivery.”

“Good net and as expected. The only problem is the hold for one of the pole that didn't match. I have 4 poles and to hook the net, it went well on 3 and I was missing a hole on the net to hook on the fourth one but I just hook it like that without any issue. Overall, good net.”

“Quick delivery but the canopy doesn’t keep the shape when it rains and it’s not even heavy rain. Quite difficult to put back on every time it rains so we had to take it down. So disappointed.”

“I bought a Jumpking UFO swing and its amazing, my grandson who is 2 yrs old loves it and his mum loves it too as it can take both their weights fine. I would totally recommend everyone to get one as long as you have the space.”

“Jumpking.eu have saved the day after JumpKing.uk took our order, delivered only half of the goods but failed to make contact with us, answer phone calls or return emails. We had the grandkids for 2 weeks and JumpKing.eu saved the grandchildren's time with us by ensuring we had delivery within 24 hours. “Great to know that you can buy spare parts for Jumpking trampolines. I ordered a spare part and it arrived two days later, fitted perfectly and the kids are happy again. I don't think cheaper brands are as sustainable”

“We were very excited to get the trampoline, but then quite disappointed that there were two springs missing so we than had to go through the hassle of getting them to make the trampoline safe.”

“A great product and a quick delivery that was here within the time they quoted. I haven't had to deal with any customer services so can't comment here. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is simply due to the product description as it came with the tie down kit so wasn't any real need to buy it separately - although I will keep it and use the additional ones as it is very windy in the garden so will use the additional anchor points.”
