“correct fixtures easy to fit even though there were no instructions enclosed hopefully will last as long as the previous net and spring guard”

“Very pleased, online assistant was extremely helpful in identifying what enclosure I needed, definitely very patient. The enclosure while not cheap is a leap ahead in quality when compared with the one that was originally supplied with the trampoline. Quick delivery. Will definitely be a return customer.”

“Prompt delivery, we have just bought a replacement net for our trampoline. We bought a different brand one last time and it just didn’t last so have gone back to Jumpking and the quality is so much better. We have had our Jumpking trampoline since 2010 and is still going strong, our kids have had so much use out of it! Recommend wholeheartedly!”

“I must admit as our jumpking trampoline was quite old I wasn't sure we would be able to find a new safety net for it , after scrolling through their online catalogue we found the right one , ordered and delivery was very quick. Looks as good as new now. Great service.”

“I have been a little unfortunate with my order. The delivery was incorrect in the first instance as we received 1 box was missing and another was duplicated. This was very quickly rectified. When the trampoline was put together we discovered that the netting was not quite big enough and so could not be zipped shut. We are waiting for a replacement. Unfortunately this always entails having to wait in all day for a delivery as no specific delivery time can be given - tricky situation if you are working!!!”
