“Sales experience was great - it arrived quickly and communication on delivery was good. After sales experience has been terrible. We have unfortunately been sent a faulty part wish means we can't put the trampoline together. We have sent 2 emails with no response, nobody is answering the phone, and the answer message refers to an online chat facility that doesn't appear to exist. I do appreciate the difficult circumstances but it's been over a week now and we would have expected some sort of acknowledgement at least.”

“Trampoline arrived in record time but we're still waiting for the ladder and pegs which we have paid for and ordered as a single order. No one is replying to email so frankly their customer service is shocking. B disappointed.”

“Acknowledging the current Covid-19 situation is creating challenges for everyone, the service from Jumping.eu has been appalling. Our trampoline arrived with an incorrect sized part (see photo) and for 9 days we have been unable to contact anyone to sort out the situation. No-one has replied to our emails, calls go straight to voice mail despite the message stating that someone should be answering from 23 March onwards. The online chat function has also failed. We'll keep trying, either to get our money back or receive the correct part.”

“Replacement net ordered and arrived within a couple of days. I had ordered additional ties, but got a call to tell me that the replacement net came with ties, and then refunded the money. Great Service! Only challenge was that I couldnt find a video to confirm exactly how to set up for this net (although I followed instinct and a couple of similar brand videos on youtube), and kit is slightly different to the original. Overall - Grate Serbice and these trampolines have served the kids well for years!!”

“I ordered a new net online at a reduced price and then found the mat was reduced after my order went through. I phoned jumpking and the lady kindly added it to my order to avoid another PP. Two very happy kids now so thanks.”

“No tracking information. I’ve had to find this out myself via Argos. Driver “couldn’t find address” and now the trampoline has been returned to sender. Can’t speak to anyone. Emails not being returned. And I’m £600 out of pocket with two very sad children.”

“They say that they resolve queries in under an hour. I have waited four days and still no response to my emails, or website chat. I only need a spare part so I can out up the safety net. Not Happy!”

“Ordered My First Trampoline- Purple Princess. Fair price, delivery was quick. Suggested 2 man build but managed to build it alone. My 3 year old is very pleased with her princess trampoline and it is just big enough for our small garden. We still have plenty of room. I would recommend JumpKing and I will use them again in the future if there is a need. DX delivery, very efficient and friendly.”

“My 2 year old grandson absolutely loved his trampoline! It is built to last, sturdy and looks the part. I also purchased the circus tent canopy, great for keeping him safe in the sun! Delivery was fast, arrived within 48 hours. I would highly recommend this product.”
