“What brilliant customer service. Rang the company when one of the V rings twisted and poked through its fabric holder whilst we were attaching the springs to the frame. Spoke to Amanda who immediately despatched a complete new bed which arrived within 24 hours of my phone call. Couldn't be more pleased.”

“Brilliant service my order was 2 parcels one arrived next day when I emailed them got a response immediately and the fault was delivery company not going out at the same time arrived 3 days later so first class service by jumpking plus great products”

“Bought as a gift so not used yet. Delivery was super fast, when delivered 1 parcel was missing contacted jumpking and spoke to Harriet who was very efficient and had the problem sorted in a quick phone call to the delivery company. Thank you”

“The trampoline we bought from Jumpking in 2012 is still standing (despite many storms) and gets used a lot as we have the kids from 4 holiday homes using it...We just have to buy spare parts every few years due to wear and tear. Service and delivery was great, as are the quality of the trampolines...However, from a usability perspective...please can you improve your website? Some of the search functions don't work, so you have to trawl through a long list to find what you are looking for...also it's not clear some of the poles have different 'male' and 'female' ends...and it was only by chance that I realised my error as I was about to order the wrong ones.., and also the pole cap I needed wasn't available on the site I had to email after my order was submitted to request it. However.....apart from the website, dealing with Christine and receiving the goods was excellent as usual.....Thank you :-)”

“Ordered replacement netting for our oval trampoline and foams. The person who picked up the order realised they were incompatible parts and phoned me. Turns out I had ordered all the wrong parts. Luckily the correct parts were in stock and same price. Great customer service!”
