“I am really happy with my ovalpod trampoline which we have had for several years now. Have just replaced the net for the second time and I do understand that these parts will get damaged and need replaced. It does seem that the price of £99 is excessive though for a replacement net. I don't mind paying a fair price but don't think this price reflects the quality of the product.”

“Our trampoline arrived within 2 days of ordering it! My husband put it up by himself and it didn't take him too long. The kids love it.”

“Excellent customer service. The representatives were knowledgable and helpful. The trampoline itself is great. The only negative was the instructions - they were largely picture based and somewhat tricky to follow. My daughter and my partner were outside for ages trying to put it up and only managed it once I intervened and tool control of the situation!”

“delivered with boxes all damaged luckily no parts could be easily damaged and came with no instructions. Spent an age online trying to find a video or download of said instructions for the oval jump king then gave up tried calling but you only answer between 9am and 11am. currently trying to suss it out myself which im sure wont be that difficult in the end but all could of been avoided quite simply”
