Absolutely appalling... item delivered was not as described, such poor quality and nothing like what was shown and advertised on their website. I emailed and was asked to provide photographs of the item, which I did by return and have heard nothing since. Being charged £100 for a trampoline mat that quite frankly has not been made to the standard promised is unacceptable and then to receive no communication once the complaint has been raised even worse. I would not recommend this company to anybody. It is a shame as this poor review could have been avoided if somebody had the courtesy to respond to my email... and please don’t use Covid as an excuse, emails can be answered from home.

Purchased trampoline and quality product delivered as expected. But now I need a spare part and the customer service is impossible to contact, they do not answer phone, reply to messages or email. They are clearly happy to take your money but not to provide any after care which is unacceptable for an expensive product which is now unusable.

As I've read in many of the reviews below. There is simply no customer service whatsoever. I ordered the expensive item WEEKS ago and would expect some updates as to where the trampoline is???????? Ive just googled to check this isn't a scam and that the company exists! I Cant even say I'd rather have my money back as there is just a standard message or email and no personal replies whatsoever. Basically the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

We had problems with our trampoline not being delivered when it should of been and then once it finally arrived there was something missing. I haven’t been able to talk to anyone on the phone and sent 3 messages through the website and had no response! Extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received and wouldn’t recommend!!

I usually never do this but no one is responding to my emails. Item arrived damaged and no one has contacted me about a replacement or refund.

Pre-ordered item, item not yet dispatched, and need to make a change and if not able to make a change to cancel my order. I have left two voicemails and sent 3 emails and still no contact. Would not recommend

I purchased the wrong pad and have been attempting to contact jumping.eu/yjeurope via email and phone in order to arrange a return/exchange within the limits of my statutory consumer rights. I have had zero response to email and no reply to phone calls/messages left over a week long period and now face the prospect of writing off my purchase - I have found the correct pad on another supplier’s site. This is a shame as jumpking.eu would have gained the extra £100 in price difference had I been able to establish contact with them. I appreciate that these are very unusual times but I could not recommend this dealer of Jumpking products.

I have sent numerous messages asking for someone to contact me and no one has. I would like to speak to you and find out if you can help by supplying extra pads to increase the size of the surround pad I have bought from you. Our trampoline is 10ft X 7ft2ins. Tel no 07713003620. Cathy Leadbetter

Ordered replacement net which arrived promptly but was incorrect item. I have tried repeatedly calling, emailing, webchat, website contact form all with no response - I've resorted to opening a PayPal case to try and retrieve my money - steer clear!

Trampoline is good arrived over a week ago now. Parts for the enclosure netting are missing. Shame about the non existing customer service. I have left messages and emailed several times and not had a response. I am still ringing over 10 times a day but all you get is an answer phone and no reply or recall when you leave a message.

Terrible customer service, I’m waiting for delivery of an item and haven’t received any update or communication. Had it not been for the positive reviews on here, I would have assumed that I’d been scammed.

We ordered a trampoline last week which was delivered without any screws to put the trampoline together with. I have called and emailed on several occasions and am still awaiting a reply. Quick to take your money but not quick to help. Completely understand with covid 19 and all but on website, still showing they are working and are happy to help!!🙄 I currently four children waiting patiently for someone to send the screws direct.....when is this going to be sorted out??

Placed an order 6 may still not been delivered, tried tracking with courier and no luck. Not able to leave details when you call customer services and they don’t even respond to your emails. Do not use.
