“After much head scratching we, Grandfather and Father, eventually succeeded in erecting the Jump King. Feel instructions could be improved, but end result worth the effort.”

“Replacement net ordered and arrived within a couple of days. I had ordered additional ties, but got a call to tell me that the replacement net came with ties, and then refunded the money. Great Service! Only challenge was that I couldnt find a video to confirm exactly how to set up for this net (although I followed instinct and a couple of similar brand videos on youtube), and kit is slightly different to the original. Overall - Grate Serbice and these trampolines have served the kids well for years!!”

“I ordered a new net online at a reduced price and then found the mat was reduced after my order went through. I phoned jumpking and the lady kindly added it to my order to avoid another PP. Two very happy kids now so thanks.”

“No tracking information. I’ve had to find this out myself via Argos. Driver “couldn’t find address” and now the trampoline has been returned to sender. Can’t speak to anyone. Emails not being returned. And I’m £600 out of pocket with two very sad children.”

“They say that they resolve queries in under an hour. I have waited four days and still no response to my emails, or website chat. I only need a spare part so I can out up the safety net. Not Happy!”

“Ordered My First Trampoline- Purple Princess. Fair price, delivery was quick. Suggested 2 man build but managed to build it alone. My 3 year old is very pleased with her princess trampoline and it is just big enough for our small garden. We still have plenty of room. I would recommend JumpKing and I will use them again in the future if there is a need. DX delivery, very efficient and friendly.”

“My 2 year old grandson absolutely loved his trampoline! It is built to last, sturdy and looks the part. I also purchased the circus tent canopy, great for keeping him safe in the sun! Delivery was fast, arrived within 48 hours. I would highly recommend this product.”

“Because of the diameter I cannot build it up indoors. I have put together the poles and the sections of the base and all parts appear to be present. When we get some dry weather I will attempt to complete the build and update y review. TTFN Forrest. Hopefully before my grandson's birthday later in March.”

“Second time using jumpking.eu and the service provided was absolutely fantastic! Turnaround time was brilliant! Ordered trampoline poles on a weekend (following each of the storms) and on both occasions arrived on the Tuesday! Will definitely not hesitate to use going forward. Thank you so much.”
