“We ordered parts for our trampoline at the end of march but we are still missing bits of our trampolining parts order. Some cake some didn’t. We have emailed you twice chasing the missing bits and have not even had a response. The trampoline was for our daughters 7th birthday on 16th April which will now be ruined if we don’t get the parts. The photo shows the missing poles.”

“I ordered a 14ft bed 96/8.5 . I was sent one which had 90 "D" rings on it after several phone calls and emails I have still not been contacted about the replacement which I'm expecting. I've not been contacted even to acknowledge that it is being dealt with., and was surprised to be given this opportunity to give a review on the service. Just a message or email would go along way!”
