“Trampoline arrived broken with bent leg pole. Not heard back from company in two weeks. Waste of almost £500 as trampoline can’t be used. Very disappointed”

“After storm damage to our JumpKing I was breading trying to get the bits I needed, just the individual bits, i thought I would have to buy the whole system. However I hit the website and my goodness what a pleasurable experience, everything was there down to component level, clearly described and priced very well. I ordered up the parts I required and waited my delivery, expectations well managed due to the lockdown. Then I got an email informing me when to expect delivery, and then real time delivery updates from their courier, Yodel. Absolutely first class, cant praise the process or the people highly enough! Superb!”
