“Received next day after ordering and enjoying good quality meat, packed well. some will be frozen for Christmas, will be ordering again.”

“Everything was lovely. However, the whole chicken had broken ribs on one side so that it was lopsided. The butcher must have been heavy handed. Nothing serious but it could have looked better on the family dining table. It did taste delicious.”

“Bought for Christmas so not experienced the lovely looking steaks. Well packed and arrived day that was asked for. I would urge as many people that are able to support our farmers direct from the farm. It is their hard work that keeps this country fed. Well done Swaledale Butchers”

“So many online butchers over promise and underdeliver, yet to date I have been really impressed with Swaledale Butchers. The beef was clearly from native breeds and dry aged as promised… you can tell by the cut size and texture… it tasted great. Keep up the good work!”

“I've reserved and frozen the meat for Christmas, so can't speak of the texture and taste yet but the assortment I chose certainly looked good! What was most special so far was the ease and speed of the buying transaction! The parcel arrived on time and the ice packs were unmelted. Each type of meat was vacuum-packed and labelled. Thank you all very much!”

“Terrific products, provenance assured which is vital for us. What's most important is that the taste is sublime. Delivery service has so far 'delivered' , what's not to like? We support our local butcher and farmers too but find Swaledale offer products we can't get locally so we 'share' our custom and will continue to do so provided the quality is maintained”
