“So many online butchers over promise and underdeliver, yet to date I have been really impressed with Swaledale Butchers. The beef was clearly from native breeds and dry aged as promised… you can tell by the cut size and texture… it tasted great. Keep up the good work!”

“Absolutely amazing quality food. Everyone always asks me how I am getting the meat done so Well and the main reason is the quality swaledale are producing. “Once you've tasted Swaledale produce, you're unlikely to shop anywhere else. Their depth of flavour cannot be approached by supermarket fare. Fortunately, my wife has today won a barbecue in a charity competition, so happy days ahead.”
