They also said it was my responsibility to let Swaledale know and then changed their 'bot' comments a few times from will arrive day late to won't arrive at all! Took a while for Swaledale to understand my questions and query but once DPD had confirmed package damaged they initiated a full refund.

Dry cured streaky bacon was normal packed bacon ( you gave me a refund for that) I haven’t yet used any of my order but it look ok.
The bones weren’t what I expected a lot of small thin bones not a lot of marrow
