“My order was an initial 'test' order, but, the experience was extremely good. The order arrived well-packaged and promptly; the only items I so far have tried have been the hanger steaks and lamb rumps, both of which have been of outstanding quality and well-butchered. If Swaledale continues doing what clearly it does so well and doesn't go off-piste, it will be my go-to online butcher.”

“Order arrived on time and was well packed and refrigerated. Currently I have a 2kg brisket roasting slowly in it's 5th hour with 3 to go! Well basted and looking and smelling great. Roll on lunchtime. Excellent butcher.”

“Great selection of meats, delivered within a few days of order. It was first time ordering Mutton - and I cooked over 6 hours and it was just delicious. I also have cooked the loin of Pork, which made spectacular crackling and was a very tender joint. The chicken breasts were huge and when cooked were very tender and tasty. I will certainly order again, all the meat is of a very high quality.”
